Aksu Huamei Hotel

Location: The hotel boasts a great location, making it convenient for dining, shopping, and getting around. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, transportation is easily accessible, and it's close to the city center with a supermarket and eateries in the vicinity. Cleanliness: The rooms are clean and tidy, and housekeeping is thorough. Many guests have commented on the rooms being clean and odor-free, with meticulous cleaning. Facilities: The facilities are comprehensive, and as a newly renovated hotel, the amenities are excellent and can meet a variety of needs. Service: The staff are warm, attentive, professional, and patient. The front desk and security personnel, among others, have a pleasant demeanor and provide thoughtful service. Guest Suggestions: A few guests suggested reducing renovation time or providing soundproofing, as well as updating room equipment to enhance the stay experience.

The room was clean and tidy, the price was reasonable, and breakfast was delivered to the room. Very satisfied!

They initially lied to us, saying they'd upgrade our room for free, but there was no upgrade at all—it was a complete scam! The power outlet was loose, so we couldn't charge our devices! The front desk staff were incredibly rude! They made my friend carry all our luggage back down to the first floor to return the room card and then carry it back upstairs. Their exact words on the phone were, "So what if this is my attitude?" Is this acceptable? I'm so angry!

The location is good and convenient. The front desk staff are also very welcoming. The facilities are a bit old, but the hygiene standards are good. Breakfast is included. It's great value for money.

The rooms are clean and tidy, fully furnished with smart appliances, and feature a karaoke room, ping-pong room, and outdoor coffee area. Hygiene: Daily cleaning and disinfection; bathrooms are spotless; bedding is soft and comfortable. Environment: The courtyard is planted with ancient trees, providing a tranquil space suitable for tea drinking, chatting, or relaxing afternoon naps. Services: Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour security, and friendly and welcoming staff.

Everything else was fine, except for that woman at the front desk. She was incredibly arrogant. She could let whoever she wanted stay in her room. If she had such a talent, why wasn't she working at the front desk? She shouldn't be running a hotel; if she didn't, no one would stay there.
