老闆很熱情，主動給我們升房了，房間乾淨整潔，住起來挺舒服的，地暖空調加濕器都很齊全，很滿意。周邊環境也很好，能看見雪山，草原，牛羊成羣。酒店旁邊就有川菜中餐味道還不錯。衹是前台和吃早餐的環境衞生有待改善，衞生確實不盡如意，希望有所改善。

沒到之前以為這麼低的價格環境會差，結果超出預期太多，老闆非常熱情，房間的衞生太好了，所有用品都像全新的一樣，外面的景色就是昆崙山濕地還有馬，直接躺床上看日出。小朋友和長者有點高反，還配有製氧機，加濕器地暖，設備非常齊全。

房型還可以，製氧機噪音實在大，也真是巧了，屋漏還偏逢連夜雨，乾旱的高原居然一直在下雨，又冷又漏又高反，地暖不錯，靠地暖撐了過來

房間舒服，設施還全吧，老闆大叔大氣服務到位，也很熱心實誠，還免費升級房型，這是很不錯的，還能直麪雪山。但是美中不足的一點就是打電話給客服，客服的語氣十分不耐煩，還用語很不文明，罵客人，這讓人的體驗感非常不好。畢竟想要客人多，那就得把服務態度擺正吧，耐心真誠才是做民宿的根本吧
