Previous night was a happy one. Stayed a further 2 nights. Housekeeping staff did an excellent job. So did the front office and other staff. The restaurant staff were also helpful with our enquiries and went out of their way to give us advice. Unfortunately upon check out there was an unusual room charge transaction to our debit card supposedly fm Richmond hotel. Both front office and my side could not solve the discrepancy. The hotel provided all help necessary for me to resolve the matter in due course. Hopefully the matter will be resolved eventually or we will end up with paying a further 500 sgd for our stay.

Exquisite luxury and impeccable service throughout our stay. Stunning rooms, divine dining, and exceptional staff. Can't wait to return!

A great time at this hotel. The staff were professional and the hotel was nicely done up. The room was very comfortable and the toiletries were nice too. Getting there in the snow with slush on the streets was not much fun though. Not too far from the train station, but still a decent distance away.

The hotel facility is relatively good. However, the hotel policy seems to have a big problem. We checked in the hotel at 7pm, they said our room rate was for check-in between 23:30~05:00 and that check-in other than this period will have a surcharge of Yen $2000. At normal hotel booking, who would alert the check-in time is at midnight??!! OK, we assume we overlook this strange rule, we paid. However, two days later we stay at the same brand hotel in Aomori, I clearly requested a non-smoking room at booking (as I did same for all hotels at the trip), but the receptionist insisted that we didn't. They said they don't have a non-smoking room for us unless we pay Yen $2000 for additional charge. We don't understand the game! Supposing all non-smoking rooms are at the non-smoking floor; if they have one, they should have given us free. If not, how can they make one with the additional charge ?

This hotel is near to the station where there are shops around. Also its right opposite to the car renting place. Convenient!

It is a little far from Akita Station. It took me a while to find it the first time. It felt very far away. I walked a lot later and it was better. But from another perspective, it is a little closer to Senshu Park. It is within walking distance and it is very convenient to visit the Akita Prefectural Museum of Art. The breakfast is a buffet Japanese meal. You have to queue to enter the restaurant. You can eat Akita's specialties. Recommended.

Although it was a single room, the bed was big and the amenities were good.

The hotel is nice, the room is unexpectedly large and the transportation is convenient.

I stayed here on my way back home. They also had umbrellas available for rental on rainy days, which was great!

I encountered some problems when checking in, but they had nothing to do with the hotel, and the front desk quickly helped solve them. The hotel is very close to Akita Station, easy to find, large and new, and highly recommended.

The transportation is convenient, close to the railway station, and the scenery is open. Unfortunately, I didn't pay attention when booking the room, and I can only check in after 11pm😂 But as long as I add more than 100 Hong Kong dollars, I can check in at 3pm🤣🤣It may be a special room, in the future Please pay more attention when booking a room👀

It was close to the station, the room was clean, and I was able to relax very easily. The hotel staff also provided good service, so I had a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet was also very filling and excellent.
