"This is our second time in this hotel and it’s just as nice as it was this time last year .Food and drink all great and amazing choice.the staff are staff are friendly and attentive the two pools have sun beds galore and the beach is a hop skip and a jump away .We booked a boat trip with Aladdin and we were promised dolphins and boy did it deliver the trip was well organised very reasonable and very safe and everyone left with a dolphin video on their phone.I cannot imagine anyone writing a bad review we certainly are having a great time in the sun"

"We, as a party of 6 (3 adults and 3 children), were very sceptical about coming to this hotel after reading some of the reviews, but we’ve had a fabulous holiday and are so glad we came. On arrival, we asked if it would be possible to have our two rooms next to each other, and the staff were more than happy to accommodate our request. The hotel is clean throughout. The corridors are a little dated, but the rooms have been refurbished and we were really happy with them. The food offered a good variety each day. The fresh pancakes at breakfast were delicious, although the queues could be quite long. We also discovered you can get pancakes from the pool snack bar between 4:00 pm and 5:00 pm, which was a great bonus! The pool and beach are both lovely and perfect for relaxing. What really made our holiday special was the animation team. They were absolutely fantastic with both the children and the adults, making sure everyone felt included and had a great time. There were activities throughout the day, and the evening entertainment was brilliant. It was lovely to see so many adults getting involved too—we were up on stage most nights ourselves! Their energy and enthusiasm created such a fun, friendly atmosphere that made the whole holiday even more enjoyable."
