Most importantly, despite being a large and well-organized property, the hotel maintains a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend Ağaçlı Hotel for its service quality, excellent cuisine, and genuine Turkish hospitality."

"Currently staying in this hotel and I will be honest, this hotel might say 5 star but is definitely not. The first few days there was no air conditioning and uncomfortable to sleep as my room was so hot. We had to threaten to move to get some action on this twice! The food menu is the same in restaurant (only one) bar(full of smoke and poorly stocked drinks selection) and room service. I Was sick twice from food in my stay. The hotel states high speed internet available, the max speed I got in 3 weeks was 0.40mbps very disappointing. I would never stay here again given the choice. Be warned this is not as advertised!"
