Family of 4. - firstly we Found it nice and clean, was in a nice location, friendly area with plenty to do outside. Didn’t have to stay in resort. Staff helpful when they understood what we wanted. Family room could be more comfortable for children, adults bed was nice and big and quite comfy. Balcony nice but furniture took over so couldn’t move along. Housekeeping do a nice job. Lots of little complimentary toiletries- more than I’ve seen before. Nice touch! With Turkish delights and choccy. On arrival was seen to straight away checked in early and allowed to use facilities until room was ready which was quick. I would have liked to be told all the info though- meal times, entertainment times, slide times but we had to work it all out ourselves. the rooms were nice but the shower didn’t drain well which left bathroom wet after family of 4 had showered. Pools were FREEZING!! We went in October half term so understand end of season but I’m talking ice bath! Staff spoke little English and us little Turkish so language barrier was an issue quite a few times!! Entertainment wasn’t great for kids or adults- would be nice to have more shows. Slides shut for an hour at lunch- why????!! Best time of the day and you close them? Slides shut at 5!? Why- sun still shining why close them? Food quality varied day to day. Buffet was pretty much the same everyday and got boring. Not always hot either. Deserts look great but bland and sometimes runny or lumpy. Maybe end of season and using everything up but after few days we wernt bothered about the food. Food tasted lovely from the snack bars was nice all the time mind you! Nice choice throughout the day but again service very poor and slow. Food in the Italian a là carte was nice but due to language barrier all came at different times and not quite what we’d asked for which was a huge shame! The bistro upstairs is a bit of a hit and miss disaster - it’s 24/7 yet don’t expect to be served quickly with 1 lady running it. Chef has BAD attitude and cannot make crème brûlée! It was liquid milk! Then argued that I was wrong- I had to Google it for them!! Then said they’d make a soufflé from scratch for me but takes 20 mins to which they gave to the next table then told me too late to order!? Had to translate on my phone what happened then they had to make it after chef slammed about in the kitchen. Breakfast in bistro also disaster- granola was mushy bran flakes in yoghurt. Scrambled eggs came out fried and kids crepes were omelettes with Nutella!? Alcohol- well don’t expect any! I appreciate they don’t want everyone drunk but there is no alcohol in those drinks!! Just gas in the beer! I know everyone points out negatives overall but with these improved it would be 5/5! I wouldn’t say 5star hotel maybe 3 or 4 but aslong as clean we are happy! Cannot complain at that at all!! We had a lovely time and would return to Turkey again. Visiting old Antalya was €30 in taxi and worth it. Waterfa

Location: Conveniently located—just 20 minutes from the airport, 30 minutes to Land of Legends, and around 45 minutes to the Old Town, with a direct bus available. Staff: Very polite, friendly and welcoming, although English proficiency is limited. Room: Spacious and clean, featuring a sea view. The room is tidy, with a mini bar that is restocked daily. Swimming Pool: A very large pool, perfect for guests who enjoy swimming long distances. Water Slides: Reasonable-sized slides suitable for adults, with a separate one located nearby for children. Drinks and Ice Cream: A great selection of ice cream flavours is available, along with a wide variety of soft and alcoholic beverages served 24 hours a day. There are three indoor bars and one outdoor bar, including one on the beach offering service until late. A wide selection of cakes and cookies is also available for dessert. Entertainment: Offers some enjoyable activities, though entertainment could be enhanced with options like fireworks, magicians, ballet performances, or traditional Turkish music, particularly to appeal to adults. Breakfast: A diverse spread including bread, jam, compote, pastries, cheeses, olives, cold meats, and hot options such as eggs and omelettes. Lunch and Dinner: The menu would benefit from significant changes to better suit the tastes of Middle Eastern and Western European guests. Space: Expansive outdoor areas provide plenty of room for relaxation and enjoying the atmosphere. Beachside Restaurant: Serves a variety of foods right by the beach from noon until early evening, including pasta, burgers, pizza, chicken fillets, salads, and more.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel, it’s a beautiful spotlessly clean hotel with great facilities. There was one member of staff (Ali in Guest relations) who stood out from everyone else. Ali is the main reason me & my husband will return. My husband had an injury whilst we were in Turkey, Ali helped us so much. He advised us on how to safely travel in Taxi’s and to always make sure the drivers and using the meter. Ali arranged restaurants bookings and transport for us as my husband had limited mobility due to his injury. When we needed a Doctor, Ali arranged this and gave us the best advice. My husband also left his mobile phone in a taxi and Ali went above and beyond to make sure the phone was returned. Ali is a credit to this hotel and in my estimation he should reach a Management position as he has a special nature in dealing with guests. He made us feel supported and like nothing was too much trouble. I feel that Ali should be recognised for his superb Customer service skills, he really helped make our stay a memorable one. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends, great all inclusive selection of food & drinks. Also the waiter in the Al a carte restaurant, the shorter man with dark hair, he was also very hospitable. The rooms are all modern and clean with good air con and great views from the balcony. A special thank you to Ali for all his help during our stay, apologies that it’s taken 2 weeks after our return to write this, my husband was admitted to hospital for one week upon our return to the UK. I’ve stayed in many hotels around the world & in Turkey, this hotel was the best. Great job guys!

Great location, close to the airport and shops, hotel was clean lobby may need updating. Staff was attentive, the lady at the bar opposite the coffee shop made the best cold coffee! Food in the restaurant always hot and tasteful. A la carte was included. Entertainment performances was more for kids, but still enjoyed it. Rooms was modern and spacious.

I arrived over Easter Holidays with my 10 year daughter. The hotel had only been opened for 3 days of the season so very quite and I have to say that was a blessing. The staff across the hotel treated us like royals and extremely friendly and service minded.some facilities were closed since the season still had not kick-started yet but that was perfectly fine since all the main facilities were open. A clean hotel and a lovely beach and waterland on property. The spa with it's spa treatments was a blessing for a stressed out mum. The price level of this hotel is right on point so I think their Management with Revenue team have done correct estimations- good value for money. I would certainly come back again. Being in the hotel business myself for 24 year, I have stayed many hotels and resorts across the world and Turkey and different level of them so I try utmost to remain neutral in my opinion which can hard. I would like to like to highlight the staff because I know work really hard and the season had not even started so Management should be really proud of them and I do apologize if I don't remember everyone so a big eloge to everyone and some of them were absolutely amazing: Darya at the Reception, Serkan the Spa Manager with Daisy who carried out my massages, Ibrahim the shop manager, Metehan the roller-scater servant by the pool and so many more of you. Thank for making mine and my daughter's Easter Holiday a real gem🙏
