Royal Holiday Palace

This has been our first visit to Turkey and the Royal Holiday Palace has provided us with one of the best experiences in a new country. We came as a family of 7 with one baby. The staff have been very helpful, kind, and even taken the time to support us with a Nut allergy. I would like to specially mention, Hasan Gűnay, Firat Seuen and Aden Topaz have taken the time to get to know us as a family and have especially made us feel welcome. These guys work so hard and it is clear to see, always checking us if we are okay, quite literally going above and beyond for us. We knew they were good characters when the baby also liked their company and interacted with them. The hotel has been wonderful to stay in, comfortable and plenty to do. The pools are always clean as well as poolside. Dinner has plenty of variety also. Outside there are snack bars where you can could get kebabs and ice cream. We came out of season so some aspects where still closed but there was still plentiful even in April. We was very lucky with weather and had plenty of sunshine. There is lots to do for all the family, plenty of water slides varying in their suitability. Also refreshing to be able to pop to the beach, and it’s part of the hotel, so poolside service is there too. All staff have been wonderful, making time for us, having a chat and even entertaining our baby. We truly have had a pleasant experience here. Our baby has loved the baby discos before the evening entertainment , and having a paddle in the pools. We have had the gym, and found that a lovely clean space to workout most mornings. While not affiliated with the hotel itself the people coming in to sell excursions have been helpful and reassuring so we have had a few lovely experiences out and about including a city tour, and a Jeep safari. We also had a wonderful photographer who captured our lovely family moments.

The hotel is very well located in the Antalya region - the service is fast and expedient and always attentive to your needs. The pools are huge with dedicated ones to kids and families and also a water park. There is a private beach with a private pier which also has sunbeds and bar. The food is varied with options for vegans and veggies and selections of pastry’s is from another world ! The animation team does a great job at creating activities to the guest making the time fly by . I highly recommend and I would definitely stay again Ric

Very nice hotel with high standard on everything. Many entertainers also at miniclub. Good pool temperatures. Nice place at the beach. I would recommend this place for all family’s. Also a nice faire with a Pirate swing ship, bumper cars, Merry-go-round and many more!

The Hotel is very clean, the pool immaculate. Ourroom was average good size, well appointed. Bathroom accessories were good with all basic toiletries needed. The onle area that was less than 5 Star was the resteraunt. It was perfectly reasonable but it is what differentiated it from more premium hotels.

We came with the family for 7 days and it was very relaxing experience. The hotel staff were lovely. The pool side was nice and clean with plenty of drinks and food areas. I would like to say a special thanks to Omer, Ali Gurcu and Abdulla for making our experience even better by going the extra mile and making us feel welcome and part of the family.

Surprisingly one of the better hotels we've stayed at – and we visit Turkey at least once a year. Pros: The receptionist named Kursid was very helpful and friendly – made us feel welcome right away. There is a 24-hour bar in the lobby, which is very convenient. Food is always available, so you won’t go hungry at any time. The guest relations team was polite and helpful. There are plenty of pools, so finding a sunbed is never a problem. Slushies are available at the amphitheater bar – a nice treat. We paid extra for a sea view room and it was totally worth it – amazing view. Most of the hotel staff were friendly and provided good service. Cons: One receptionist, Yaren, asked for 15 euros per hour for late checkout, which we thought was too much. The 24-hour bar gets busy sometimes, so you might have to wait a bit to be served. The food has good variety, but the taste could be better. The à la carte restaurants cost 20 euros per person – many other hotels offer at least one free meal at these during your stay. Our room was near the lifts, so it could be noisy at times. We didn’t see much of the entertainment team, and the overall entertainment at the hotel was disappointing. It included a belly dance show, a dance performance, two live music nights, and two quiz nights, but none were very exciting
