We had a family vacation at the end of September. We liked the hotel. Very beautiful fountain at the entrance to the hotel. The atmosphere in the lobby is friendly. We were greeted well and quickly accommodated, although we arrived much earlier. We liked the style of the hotel. The territory is large, well decorated, lots of greenery. There is a water park. A very beautiful pool. There are also many cafes, shops, several a la carte restaurants. A good beach. The entrance to the water is smooth. Sand. It is very good for children. We chose to stay at Venezia Palace Deleluxe Hotel and we were extremely pleased with our choice.
We found ourselves in a wonderful environment during our two-night, three-day holiday. The hotel staff always welcomed us with a smile and tried their best. The cleanliness of the dining hall was perfect and the food was really delicious. Esra, Emine, Fatma Nur and other staff were very attentive while taking care of us. Additionally, Mr. Orhan, Mr. Serkan, Mr. Kadir and other staff did their best to help us.
We were also very pleased with the spa services. Ms. Sema and other staff relaxed us with massage, scrub and foam services.
We had dinner at the à la carte restaurant, which is full of flavors from Turkish cuisine, and we were pleased with the quality of the food and the attention of the staff.
