Suggestion : Management should work on training of lower level staff as a very few of them were found to be rude and don't like to work(like few waiters and room cleaning staff)

The hotel stay is ok, the staff was friendly, but unfortunately there are always some people who can't behave and don't show any consideration for others and keep the whole hotel awake at night with their screaming
