Royal Wings Hotel - All Inclusive

We had a wonderful week at The Royal Wings Hotel! The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The food was fantastic, with a great variety of delicious options every day. Our room was spotless and well-maintained throughout our stay. The attention to detail and hospitality truly stood out. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to visit again!

The Guest Relations department is unhelpful. They seem completely disinterested in resolving guests’ concerns or providing any kind of support. We were charged extra money for our kids to attend the New Year’s Gala Night, only to be told later that our children under 9 were not allowed to join the gala dinner with us. This was infuriating and unacceptable as they did not informed us before. Additionally, they even had the audacity to charge extra for a bathrobe! It’s ridiculous that basic amenities like this are not included, especially for a hotel that claims to offer premium services. The hotel doesn’t even provide the most basic necessities, making the stay extremely uncomfortable. To top it off, the place was almost empty, which speaks volumes. I now understand why no one wants to stay here. 11:45 night Disco is pathetic, the DJ guy plays the song like in which no-one wants to dance and it seems like he is not interested in his Job. We told him but he was rude and refused to change the songs. They don’t even have enough indoor seating space for the guests. Gala was so boaring and we see that everyone was out in just 1 hour. Fully a mess. Avoid wasting your money and time at Royal Wings Hotel. It was an absolute letdown.

A honest review Hotel review- Grounds are well maintained and staff work so hard to keep hotel clean. Pool areas are very slippy and I fell whilst there so be very careful. When we booked this hotel, we were told that winter concert ends March 31st and summer concept starts April 1st. This was not the case unfortunately. We stayed 11 nights and the outdoor entertainment was closed throughout our stay. Nothing to entertain the older kids and teenagers, I had to make several complaints to guest relations before my son was given a ball to play in a lawn tennis court. There is no football pitch in this hotel if you have kids that like playing football. This made our stay incredibly boring. Pools are absolutely freezing and the slides were open for a few hours each day. No outdoor pool is heated in this hotel. Probably best to book this hotel in the heat of the summer if you are a pool person. Indoor pool was open but that wasn’t much fun compared to the beauty of the outdoors. Food was pretty much same every single day, bland cold and boring. First few days was fab seeing the food but after the 4th day, was the same food and with little changes here and there to reflect the food theme for the day. Food was cold if you came early to eat. Food served at lunch was served at dinner time. We were so grateful when the beach restaurant opened towards the end of our stay, so we ate our lunches there. The waiters in the main restaurant look so overwhelmed with serving customers their drinks and some basically just ignore you so I got drinks myself some days. Duplex room- to be very honest if you have more than 2 kids don’t book this room. The room is much smaller than I thought, the upper landing which has the large double bed is a very small space with no windows. The heating was on so we were so hot at night. We have a 2 year old and was given a cot bed but because of the small space upstairs, the cot bed was put on the lower floor beside the staircase. Our 2 year old had to sleep on our bed due to this. The next day, after speaking to guest relations, we were offered a junior suite to look at. We then had to pay 250 euros after a lot of haggling with guest relations to upgrade to this junior suite. The junior suite we stayed in started having some really bad smell after some days-maybe from the drains. We were moved again to another room. We moved total of 3 times in our stay which wasn’t good at all. The shower room drain was blocked after third move, so we had to call technician a few times to fix blockage as water started draining very slowly in bathroom. We told guest relations of my birthday so they gave us wine and apple and orange in my room, staff also brought us a small cake with candle at dinner time, sang happy birthday song which was nice. There is no bathrobes in this hotel you have to pay for it at guest relations. Overall, I would rate this hotel a 3.5 stars and staff look like they are overworked, some can’t be bothered anymore due to

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The service was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. Special shoutout to Hasan and Feyzullah, who took excellent care of us—they were brilliant! The food was delicious, and having a 24-hour bar with drinks available anytime was a huge plus. We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

We stayed at royal wings for a week. The hotel is stunning and the bar staff were amazing. We also enjoyed the evening entertainment! Our room was kept nice and clean and the fridge was refilled daily! The main food hall was very busy and often large queues but the food was lovely with plenty of choice. However on our first day we were hounded by a man who worked for the spa in royal wings i believe who simply would not take a polite no for a awnser! It ended us saying no thank you around 5 times for him to mutter something under his breath and laugh at us. I got caught again by him when my partner was at the bar and had to tell him a number of times i wasnt interested again with him muttering. It made us very uncomfortable and not relaxed at all,we would find ourselves walking the long way to the sun loungers just to avoid this particular gentleman. We were also asked for a tip in the middle of eating our lunch in the main hall. This all happened within the first few days of our stay which really left a bad impression with us. We also didn't realise none of the el a carte restraunts were included in the all inclusive which surprised us as when we have stayed in hotels with similar ratings/same cost this is usually included. We personally wouldn't come back to this hotel just for the reason of feeling like we were being pestered i dont believe you should feel like that in a hotel of this price.

I don't normally write reviews but feel it is the least I can do after the wonderful time we've had at this hotel over the last week. We've stayed on Turkey 3 the times now over the last 18 months and this hotel ticks all of the boxes for us. Lovely comfortable accommodation, pleasant and welcoming staff in all areas from the cleaning staff, restaurant staff, animation team, bar staff and guest services....all very welcoming and helpful on every occasion. The pools were fantastic, slides for all ages and swim ability, fun fair a great little addition too. Arcade was a hit and far more to enjoy than at other hotels. The salon was great, my little one had her nails painted and hair braided and she was looked after like a princess. Dinner in the all inclusive restaurant could get very busy after 6.30pm but as to be expected....we ate at the al la carte restaurants on two occasions and the food was superb and worth every penny extra for the quality of food and service. There's to many positives to list in this post, it really was a special hotel but would absolutely 1000% recommend. All in all a fantastic week and we would definitely return to this hotel.
