"Me and my family booked 15 rooms. The hotel double charge us with with bogus names. We have written several times to produce the evidence of the guest who stayed. The hotel keep playing games. This is not an isolated incident. The hotel is known to overcharge and refund customers for overcharging. Aside the Wi-Fi is really poor as it it quite weak and switching off and on every 15 mins"

"We checked in into some of the rooms in the annexe but the experience was awful. In one of the rooms, water will not run, AC went off intermittently, no refrigerator, no water, no breakfast. We complained severally but nothing was done until we left."
