Everything about my stay was absolutely outstanding from the arrival experience to the suite upgrade surprise and to everyone who we encountered, everything was superb! Thanks the chef, the food was nothing less than delicious and appetizing! Unfortunately our stay was too short to try more delicacies! :( The club experience is a MUST, the team there curates your experience so you can feel special, for those who look for a personalized service and quit place, this is your go to spot! Can’t write enough to thank the team there, they must have great leaders so the team feel energetic and help you with a smile. It’s is not goodbye, is it see you soon!

I would like to express our gratitude to all the staff of the hotel, especially Bishar, who always took care of our comfortable staying. Everything was ideal: food, beach, facilities. Our breakfast was royal, my personal thanks for smoked salmon and roasted chicken. The variety of yummy dishes was impressive, there were different types of honey, waffles and donuts, fruit as well. It was delicious. The swimming pools were clean, sunbeds wide and pleasant to touch. The atmosphere was great, the room was luxurious. I liked the way the stuff treated the guests of the hotel, especially Bishar, and other people. The cereminy of inflaming the three cups recalled me of the well-known world show 'Fort Boyard', I thought as if my dream came true). I would surely recommend this hotel for people who would like to escape from the world for some time, feeling comfortably on this little island of paradise.

We’ve been visiting Intercontinental Fujairah ever since it opened, and it’s always been a place we looked forward to returning to. Beautifully located, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed — it’s been a favorite of ours for years. But ever since the new general manager took over, the improvements in food and service have been so noticeable that staying here has become something we genuinely plan several times per year. For anyone considering a first stay: go for it! The design is elegant and timeless — luxurious without ever feeling showy. It has that quiet, classic feel that’s hard to find these days. Rooms are lovely, comfortable, and well-equipped. The bed and pillow quality is exactly what you’d hope for from Intercontinental. The bathroom amenities are excellent — one of the rare hotels where we don’t feel the need to bring our own. The setting is spectacular, between the Hajjar mountains and the sea. The views are beautiful from anywhere you are. The beach is clean and soft, the sea is calm and shallow, perfect for both adults and children. There are always enough loungers, and they’ve recently been replaced — everything feels fresh and well-maintained. Pools are spread out for different moods — from the lively family pool to the quiet infinity pool and the more private Club Lounge one, which is our personal go-to. Food has honestly become one of the main reasons we keep coming back. Breakfast and dinner at Nama are a treat — fresh, high-quality ingredients, thoughtful menus, and a level of consistency we’ve really come to appreciate. The themed dinners are also a nice touch. Service is excellent throughout — from reception to housekeeping to the restaurant staff, everyone is warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. It feels like the entire team takes pride in the experience they offer. We’re deeply grateful to the staff and to General Manager Tibor Horvath — the changes under his leadership are visible, and they’ve made a difference. We already know we’ll be back again soon. At this point, it feels a bit like coming home. Truly recommended for both couples and families — there’s space and care for everyone here.

We visit a lot of resorts but this one was really top notch for our family. The resort is well laid out. We loved spending time at the infinity pool. The beach bar over looks the beach so that the kids can play safely. The kids club really made our trip - it's spacious, clean. They run a proper schedule of structured activities that they stick to. The kids club staff are excellent. Maybe we were lucky in that the resort was busy over the winter break so there were lots of kids to make it vibrant, but our little man woke up every morning asking to be dropped off first thing. The adults enjoyed the resort activities. We did the stretching and short mountain trek behind the hotel. We loved the happy hour cocktails and drift restaurant for dinner. Fujairah has so much to offer. We booked a hike with an outside company, while the kids club organised baby sitting for us while we hiked. Highly recommend making the effort to do this. There's also snorkeling and fishing right on the beach, we'll do this later in the year when the weather is a bit warmer. My only tip to the hotel would be around their gluten free options. Everywhere I ate, the staff were super accommodating. But there was only one type of gluten free bread available for breakfast lunch and dinner. It's not the most important part of any meal - it's more important that the food is good and safe, which it definitely was. But lots of hotels do have a gluten free section for breakfast these days which would be a nice addition if possible.
