One of the Most Beautiful places We’ve Been at. Amazing service from Khaled and everyone are so nice and kind. The food is fresh and tasty. The Agafay Luxury Camp is like a fairytale, magical place. My advice is to take a Big car out to the dessert. You can’t go with a small car Because of the road out to The dessert.

We loved the desert experience from the beginning and our only regret was to stay only for one night. David gaved us a very warm welcome and explained us all the experiences that we could have. After that, while filling in the forms Hicham served us a fresh tea and he was so nice. He took pictures from us and with us with their tipical hat. Between the camels and the moto4 we chose the camels at sunset. Not very comfortable but a must do at the desert. Our "camel drivers" took pictures and videos from everyone and we all were given clothes accordingly. The dinner was so nice. Hicham was also serving us. He and our other server (very nice and good looking but can't remember his name) took care of us all evening. The several shows, all the staff envolving everyone on the dances, we even got to assist a wedding proposal and 2 happy birthdays. We finished the night with a beautiful voice and guitar over a campfire drinking a glass of wine. Just one note here - we agree that they should keep the traditional but maybe mixed a few more international, so the people didn't get bored and leave early. The pool was stunning beautiful, the view over the mountains, watching the sunrise. Top top top.

I booked a day pass at the camp, and subsequently arranged transfers to the camp. The communication on WhatsApp was extremely poor, and left me concerned as to whether our transfer would turn up! Turns out it didn’t, we were absolutely gutted. On phoning the camp they advised they didn’t have our booking, despite the fact I had booked correct date and had received a reservation reminder 24hrs in advance. Once I forwarded proof of this, they confirmed the mistake was on their end. This was all a bit stressful at the time with the staff at our riad assisting in communication. They then put on a private transfer for us, which resulted in us arriving at the camp 2hrs later than planned. Ruined our afternoon to be honest, and the staff didn’t even acknowledge the mix up on our arrival. A complementary drink would have sweetened us! The camp is nice, but the food wasn’t overly great, very small portions, and the pool is freezing!

We stayed one night in a tent with an outdoor pool. The location is stunning and the grounds are well maintained, and there is a beautiful outdoor heated infinity pool. The tent itself wasn’t particularly clean, we had a lot of limescale in the bathroom and the toilet was not cleaned. There was also lots of dust in the room. This was definitely a let down for a luxury glamping tent. If you get a tent with a private outdoor pool, be warned it is freezing cold! The dinner is lovely, plenty of choice of Moroccan and international options, however the service is slow if it’s busy. Evening entertainment is a camp fire and berber musicians that were outstanding. We did quad biking which is an optional activity which was well organised and fun. Overall I would recommend staying here for 1 night for desert experience.

A bit over priced for what it was. Tent safe not working and not fixed despite reporting it. Views splendid and entertainment was ok. Meal a bit average. Interesting place to stay for 1 night to see sunset stars and sunrise but would not linger.

This hotel is gorgeous. The views are incredibly and you wake up with the most amazing view. The rooms also look beautiful but ours did have some problems. Our hot water didn’t work but they eventually sent someone out to fix it. We were also missing the welcome gift, the staff said they’d bring it to us but it never arrived. It’s also noisy when windy which I appreciate can’t be helped! Most of the staff were lovely and in particular Halima at the front desk. We struggled to speak any French so communicating with the staff was difficult, but she was so kind/helpful and really added to our experience. The food was good but unfortunately there was a big group dinning on the first night which affected service/quality of the food. The second night was much better when it was just the hotel guests! Biggest con - there are camel rides coming in and out of the camp throughout the day which we do not personally agree with. The camels sounded exhausted towards the end of the day which was upsetting to see. It’s right by the pool so cannot be avoided. Quad biking was brilliant. Would recommend.

Unfortunately we had a poor experience, we tried to get our issues resolved but management have refused to engage or reply to us. During our stay we were right next to the building work which was noisy and dusty Our shower was poor due to broken shower head and our bathroom light didn’t work which meant it was pitch black so couldn’t wash or shower after the sun had gone, we reported all of this but no response from management There are several areas where lights are not working making the walk back to camp dangerous Mix that with rotting decking round the pool, no bar service to sun lounges and the jacuzzi not working It was ok but not luxury as described and for the price was disappointing

We’ve been to Agafay Luxury Camp for one night during our trip in Marrakech. Excellent location, away from everything, where you can find peacefulness and harmony. We were not lucky with the weather, not so hot, partially rainy, but we enjoy the staff, very kind and attentive, especially Ayub who helps with a nice surprise
