Casa Abracadabra

Very poor value; not up to the standards you expect. We’ve stayed at the Casa in May. We were a very large group, aged from 2 to 80yo. The place is magic, beautiful, and the staff is kind and trying their best to help, just like all Moroccans are. But,…. It is far from being the luxury premium place it claims to be. The service is poor, slow, and the amenities very limited. No iron, no ironing table, no phone in rooms (they have a button system that sucks since if you’re not dressed and prefer not to talk to someone live), not enough cleaning while windy and dusty, a lot of bees at breakfast, cockroaches in the bathroom, draining issues in the shower, not enough tables at breakfast too close to people,… Breakfast looks instagrammable but is tasteless. Food is overpriced, decent but overpriced. I think it’s a great place for a daytrip, but not to stay for longer considering the large amount of alternatives in the city Oh and We had rain, some people said there is a micro-climate and the area has more rain than rest of Marrakech. In Mr. Bruno’s capitalist world, is there still room for humanity? The organization and management of this venue were simply poor. The manager demonstrated a total lack of adaptability and was completely unable to handle a simple weather incident. Instead of finding a solution, he had the nerve to ask the bride to pay for the damage caused by the storm — something no decent host would ever do on someone’s wedding day. His inability to provide alternatives, combined with cold and transactional behavior, contributed to ruining what should have been the happiest day of my friend’s life. It was painfully clear that, for him, guests are nothing more than walking wallets. To Mr. Bruno: I strongly advise you to develop your interpersonal skills and rethink your approach to customer service. A little more humanity would go a long way.

Very charming hotel. Can only but recommend it Some may find a downside to be out of town/medina but frankly speaking when you go back it is so nice and peaceful that makes the full travelling experience better. Great and very nice staff and an unbeatable breakfast!

If I were to describe Casa Abracadabra in one word it would be magical. No detail was overlooked in the design of this gorgeous hotel. It's small enough to feel intimate but offers every amenity - swimming pool, bar, restaurant, outdoor gym, library, and a cosy living room to make it feel like home. My room, actually named Magic, was spacious, comfortable and had a large private terrace. I spent 4 nights here on a pilates retreat and the staff went above and beyond to cater for a group of 30. Excellent food, service and atmosphere.

Just perfect. A beautifully designed domaine. Quiet, chilled. great food, friendly staff. Villa bedrooms, some with own garden terraces. Multiple beautiful spaces to explore Quintessential boutique hotel.

Best hotel in Marrakech for a number of reasons. I think this says a lot, considering we have stayed at several of the top properties in the city, including: Aman, Four Seasons and Palais Namaskar.. Location: what's nice about this hotel is that it's not far from the aiport but not so close to the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. You can really cut off and relax here. The hotel: the grounds are amazing and although it's a relitively small plot of land, you never feel that you are restricted for space. There's a lot of different areas and it's perfectly laid out. The pool and the bar are really nice. Service: is impeccible and it is evident all the staff have been trained to a very high level. The hotel is a family run business and you really feel that they want you to have the best time possible. Rooms: are spacious and very clean. Comfortable beds, AC, amenities etc. Food: is good and the prices are really reasonable. Overall, the hotel is of very good value in all aspects. Our stay was fantastic and we will certainly return. It's a real gem. Couldn't recommend the hotel enough.
