A healh hazzard, not cleaned rooms, outdoor furniture ripped and filthy Dogs everywhere. Booked a suite not ready on arrival. Grounds are not looked after and dogs roam freely with pooh on grass. In the middle of nowhere, all you can buy are drinks. water wouldn't drain in sink. Dust and grime on everything Whole sections of tiling missing. Scrap cars in gateway Felt like someone's personal space not a small hotel And green in pool.

Lovely place, amazing staff the only things you hear, apart from peacocks and calls to prayer, are the staff asking if you need anything. Not sophisticated, or western, and dont expect a Michellin starred restaurant, but we couldn't have stayed at a nicer riad. Four of the friendliest, well behaved dogs made our stay complete.

We booked this hotel in Marrakech as the final leg of our holiday, hoping to relax in a resort with a nice restaurant and gym to ease back into our routine before heading home. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the most stressful part of our trip. From the moment we arrived, everything went wrong. Upon check-in, we were forced to pay the full amount of our stay in cash, even though we only had a card. They drove us to three different banks to withdraw enough money before we were even allowed to see our room! To make matters worse, they tried to overcharge us on the city tax, demanding 50 MAD per person when the official rate for Marrakech is a fixed 28 MAD per person. The room itself was mediocre at best—cold, with a showerhead spraying in all directions, and towels that were never replaced during our stay. The property also suffers from constant electricity blackouts, and the internet would sometimes stop working for an entire day. The restaurant experience was equally disastrous. Upon arrival, we were informed the chef was “on holiday,” leaving us with only three tajine options—the same three options for both lunch and dinner. We ordered dinner at 6 PM hoping to eat by 8 PM, but our food didn’t arrive until after 9 PM. Breakfast was no better—every morning, we waited over an hour to get anything on the table. Items came in a bizarre order: jams without bread, teapots without cups. It was a frustrating dance every single meal. On day three, we were told we could finally order anything from the menu because the chef was back. To our surprise, the same staff member was still cooking—clearly, the “chef on holiday” story was a lie, likely because they didn’t have food stocked earlier. The property itself is in terrible condition. The walls, pathways, and furniture are all old, broken, and neglected. The gym is a joke—a pile of dusty, rusty metal. The hammam? Out of order, and judging by the state of the rest of the property, probably a mold-infested health hazard. The “big boss” lives on-site in an attached apartment, parking his flashy Jaguar in plain view. He also throws loud parties on the property, disrupting the supposed tranquility of the resort. One evening, while we were having dinner, he stormed into the kitchen shouting at the staff and causing a commotion as if throwing things around. When warned there were guests dining, he emerged in a fur jacket, flustered, and asked if everything was okay. We were so uncomfortable, we quickly said yes and left. To top it all off, the hotel is 30 minutes from Marrakech with no shuttle service. Every trip to the city costs around 300 MAD each way. And remember how the card machine didn’t work on the first day, forcing us to pay in cash? Miraculously, we were able to pay for our meals by card later on. This is not a resort—it’s a poorly run, crumbling hotel that I would never recommend to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place at all costs.

Disaster! The boss accommodate the *********** in this hotel. I had to change the room because of the noises. Very bad food. Low quality. The stuff so ignorants. I don’t know how it is possible the place like that on the market. Never again this place. Still chocked.

Ugh! So the place is magical, the welcome is very pleasant but the positive stops there…. We were there for the pool day pass and it wasn't great at all. Pool quite small and above all cloudy water seeming poorly filtered, deckchair mattresses to clean yourself and no parasol. For lunch, everything was surprising: a green salad and tomato then assortments of Moroccan salads with fries!!!! And two tagines but different for each without us having been consulted on our preference, when for dessert we are still waiting for it…. The biggest concern is the value for money: 600 DHM for two plus 175 DHM for 3 bottles of water, it's expensive compared to other much better places nearby

First the positives: The garden is quite nice if you don't look into the corners behind the hotel. I've never rated an accommodation badly, but there's really a lot that doesn't add up in this hotel: The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and is surrounded by high walls. Without a rental car you have no chance to leave the hotel and even then you have to find an employee to open the gate. It felt a little like prison. It takes about half an hour to drive to a restaurant in Marrakech. You should take this route because, as already mentioned in some other reviews, the food is not that great. The portions are tiny, not very tasty and the prices for drinks in particular (the prices aren't even listed anywhere here) and food are completely out of proportion to the price of the hotel. The included breakfast was okay, but the worst we've had in our 6-week stay in Morocco. My partner had an extremely upset stomach here, which is why we had to stay a few days longer. Of course, this can happen anywhere in this country, but the ice cubes were probably made with tap water on request. There are 5 large dogs running around on the hotel grounds - they are very cute in general. However, these dogs are little or not trained at all. You can neither enjoy your meal at the table in peace, nor a drink by the pool. There is always a dog's nose that likes to grab something. The dogs also like to examine personal items, we now understand why the towels are not available at the pool but always have to be requested individually. The dogs play and destroy everything they can find, from the sofa on the lawn to the guests' personal belongings. The management does not react to this in a customer-friendly manner at all, but simply boldly. To this day I have never seen the promised repayment for my destroyed things and probably never will. All in all, one can only warn.

It takes 30-40 minutes to get to Marrakech and not 20... Taxis can't find the hotel, it's complicated! Bring your shampoo for your stay, a very small bottle is given on arrival, but it will be the only one... The hotel seemed abandoned, in December, it is not the high season but when even ! The rooftop has no chairs or tables, the outdoor sofas are gathered on a summer bar. It is cool in the mornings and evenings but all meals are served outside. The bottle of water costs 55 drh (almost 5€) compared to 6 or 10 drh elsewhere! The language barrier does not simplify things... And finally pay attention to the price of the shuttle (on which we are almost dependent given the distance from Marrakech) 60 € return, we had made a group shuttle with other people to reduce the costs, well it's nothing: we were billed €60 per pair!!!! At that price they could change the tires (we had flat tires!) The only person in the hotel speaking French is no longer pleasant at all from that moment on... In short, apart from the very nice setting, and the clean rooms I absolutely do not recommend!
