I had a wonderful stay at Al Hamra Hotel in Ras Al Khaimah with my family. The hospitality was exceptional, and we were pleasantly surprised when the hotel upgraded us from a Standard Room to a Junior Suite at no extra cost. The suite was spacious, well-maintained, and perfect for a comfortable family stay. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The hotel's location, amenities, and service made our stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The hotel it nice and location also but i when I went to breakfast the place its not clean and also the tabels and coffee machines, Also all the time there’s no cups and plates and we have to wait  The food also you need to make good options and add some Arabic food  Service it was mot nice specially in restaurants.

It was a lovely stay here. Everything was great in terms of the stay, cleanliness, and basically everything except the services. We asked for cups and it took us more than five calls to get it. The TV is not a smart TV and we can’t play any music on it or watch anything unless we had HDMI and a laptop. Otherwise everything was good

Everything was great..just need to focus while check-in or else they will just give you whatever they want..in general the stay was amazing food is good , lovely staff ,very helpful.. definitely will come back

Rm 366. I recently stayed at 366 and I must say the Front Office team exceeded all expectations,Ms Zoya,the Front Office at played a major role in making my stay smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free and Thank you Housekeeping team Especially Mr.Isham’s service as spotless,nice and tidy,

The facility overall is good, and we truly appreciated having access to both Al Hamra Village Hotel and Residences, which gave us the opportunity to enjoy three swimming pools and the beach. We also really enjoyed the nighttime activities at The Frisky Fox bar and restaurant, as they were very entertaining. However, the service was quite poor due to the following: 1. My special request, which I added to my booking, was completely ignored. When I asked the reception, they said they had not been informed. 2. The waiting time at the reception for check-in and check-out was very long. 3. A simple request for a one-hour late checkout was not considered. 4. The food quality was very poor—well below three-star standards—and the staff were very slow in refilling buffet items. There were not enough plates for all guests, and we had to wait a long time to get clean ones. 5. The room was clean overall but extremely small, with the TV positioned awkwardly. We kept bumping our heads into it whenever we tried to reach the wardrobe. Additionally, the AC was very noisy, and the water pressure was very low most of the time. 6. The internet connection was very slow across all facilities.
