The guy in the swimming pool area for kids is amazing and very friendly. My kid enjoyed playing there his name is Jedo The atmosphere is nice and staff are quite good Food is average they don’t have a lot of choice s We will come back there soon

Lovely hotel in Ras al khaimah. They upgraded our room to very close to beach .pleasant and clean room, very comfy . Cons were quite lukewarm food , but a great variety and themed nights I really enjoyed the food, my husband is a little fussy, but still managed to find something to eat . Bar staff were amazing especially a guy from Nepal (sorry didn't get his name) but he was lovely and chatty . The beach is gorgeous. We booked trip to Dubai through the guy in reception, good day with a really nice guy , we did a boat dinner cruise, Burj Khalifa and the Dubai mall aquarium.

We went to uae for the first time and i'm glad we have choosen this hotel. Rooms were great (standard rooms). Bartenders, specifically BJ from Nepal literally made our holiday great, i have never met such an attentive and caring bartender..

One hundred percent, The best resort to be in.....It's a one memorable trip for me and my family . The entertainers Khamza and Christina Arie are such professional and fun loving entertaining team . They kept us busy with their day and nite activities. Please take a 2 days trip with all inclusive trip for exploring the hotel and its activities . Two days is a must to enjoy all the activities they have - The kids club have all day kids art, craft , face paintings .your kids are gonna remember this forever The morning stretching , aqua polo , aqua Zumba and evening stage shows for kids with Disco nite to finish off the nite, is such a Perfect thrilling , exciting getaway trip . My kids have given a new name to BM resort saying "Best Memories Resort". Breakfast is a must - it's quite a spread and whole lot of varieties .Totally worth it ! Highly recommended for families to go and get your best memories at the resort. The reception staff - ALEX and all others very helpful .and friendly . They are so flexible in regards with check in and check out . The crowd coming there are so vibrant and full of energy , so it makes you blend with them . I'm surely coming back to BM RESORT soon ! The overall stay was perfect The dinner and breakfast was outstanding The hotel staff is quite friendly and professional The best part is the water slide which becomes perfect with Aman ullah whose is the perfect lifeguard, his smilies brings more comfort and family atmosphere. He is quite supportive and guides well ☺️ His quite commited to his job in a professional manner quite energetic.

Good animation team)))) we stayed for two weeks, the room was standard, the room was standard, the cleaning was good!!!! the food was standard, not much choice!!!! the animation is good, all the animators are great, I especially remember Kristina and Sergey)))

This is the second time we've had a rest in your hotel!! We arrived in June for 10 days, the room was standard, the room was clean, comfortable, an extra bed for the child was brought. In food, everything is fine, delicious desserts and juices, salads, fruits, there is a choice... Nice territory, everything is conveniently located, the sea is nearby, a large clean beach... Special thanks to the animation, in many hotels in the Emirates there is no animation at all, so this is a big plus, there is entertainment for children and adults, evening shows, I really liked the fire show and Mr. Hotel, guys Kristina, Hamza, Sergey, thank you for the mood and atmosphere you make at the hotel!!!

A very good hotel. The swimming pools are clean and the sea is also very beautiful. There is a swing in the sea. I enjoyed it. The lifeguard Hossam Hisham made us happy by taking beautiful pictures on the sea. I would like to thank him and we will be friends. My children enjoyed the water games and the sea was great Very cute and beautiful. We came at a beautiful time of sunshine and we enjoyed the beautiful sunshine.
