Good clean nice hotel and will recommend it for another visitors and family .. it is my first vist and I see kind and helpful people . Location of hotel was very close and easy to get taxi and shopping mall . And WXYZ Cafe shop was very kind .and mr sheikh was so friendly and helpful .

We came for Iftar party, very convenient excess and lot of parking. Security and front desk staff are very cooperative. Chef has given us food intro at the Restaurant. Huge verity of continental food is available. Comfortable seating area this place is highly recommended for family and even corporate Iftar parties. Warwick Al Khobar is an all suite hotel located off the corniche. There is no valet parking. The outdoor parking lot is located 50m from the hotel which had a lot of trash when I was there( the next morning it was clean). There was no bellboy available when I checked in. The medium sized lobby was cozy, a bit dark and well decorated. There is an outdoor medium size pool (check operating hours) just outside the Sheesha lounge. Check in was fast and professional. The room was a good size with comfortable beds and charging outlets near the bed. The bathroom didn't have a rain shower but had big fluffy towels and good quality amenities. There was a fully stocked mini bar and free bottle water was available. There was a safe and the internet was free and fast. Breakfast selection was average ( dinners are better) with eggs to order, pastries, salads, hot dishes and fresh orange juice. The quality and service was average. Warwick Khobar is a 5 * Hotel but doesn't provide the 5 * experience I expect from this caliber of hotel. No valet service, dirty parking lot, limited bellboy service and average breakfast. A decent 4* experience but definitely not 5* in my opinion.

The hotel reception needs more training and more authority to deal with customers. He couldn't print out my receipt and asked for permission from his manager, which he received on the next day!! Also they couldn't find my booking through trip.com.

First of all, the water pressure is too weak, so the toilet flows well and the shower comes out well. There are no outlets for foreigners, only Saudi Arabia, so it is inconvenient for foreigners to use and there are no outlets at the front. I stayed in room 105, but my phone was broken and there was no vacuum cleaner, so I had very, very long hair on the shower towel, a sticker with soap dang behind the bathroom door, food stains in the refrigerator, and some stickers on the front of the TV in the living room. I asked for a Saudi-style charger for charging my phone, but it was not accepted and the water was a bit dirty, but it was good because it was a private beach. The staff are friendly, but the resort is not convenient for foreigners to use. There was sputum floating in the pool water, and plastic bags flying in the seawater. It was worth it though. The location was good, the staff was good, and the view was good.
