Overall, the location was okay, but we had some difficulty finding the place because the address on their website was different from the one listed on Trip.com. The receptionist was polite, however the check-in process was quite slow. The key card initially given to me was not accurate, so I had to go back and forth between the room and the reception several times, which was inconvenient since I was already tired from traveling. Inside Room 208, the internet connection was very weak, making it difficult to work properly. There were also limited power outlets, so charging devices was a challenge. Complimentary items such as coffee, tea, and a toothbrush were not readily available and had to be requested, which was inconvenient especially because the room telephone was not working. On a positive note, the building and the room smelled clean and pleasant, and I appreciated that there were English channels available on the TV.

Location was good. Rooms were okay. But they never cleaned the room for 8 days stay. Terrible.. When over I asked them to clean, they had similar excuse " staffs are attending training". Washroom utilities were additionally purchased myself.

The location 👍 cleanliness is fair. However, services especially the reception is so poor.
