The room is too dark and the air conditioning is bad smelling (like the wet painted) only if I turn off the air conditioning then I can sleeps. The light is too dark and the bathroom is old and wet. Dusty around the Hotel outside. Disappointed

The hotel reception needs more training and more authority to deal with customers. He couldn't print out my receipt and asked for permission from his manager, which he received on the next day!! Also they couldn't find my booking through trip.com.

Old property with poor maintenance, cleanliness is poor. Overall cleanliness was poor. The carpets in the corridor were very old. The elevator were old, small and not well maintained. The bathroom was leaking water, complained to the reception but they did take action.
