Al Khobar Corniche Hotels

I had a fantastic stay at Centro Corniche Khobar! From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel incredibly welcome. They greeted me with a delicious specialty coffee, which was such a thoughtful touch. The staff were not only professional but also exceptionally friendly, making my experience even more enjoyable. The room was spacious, with a lovely view that added to the overall comfort of my stay. Every detail was well taken care of, ensuring a relaxing and pleasant environment. I don’t mind paying for another day if I arrive early but I couldn’t understand why they lied to me. I came to the hotel at 3:30 in the morning of the day I booked for check-in. I was told to pay in full and didn’t get a breakfast. The guy at the front desk said I should come downstairs to check in again at 12:00 for another room because they didn’t have the type of none smoking room I booked. It was all fine. You didn’t allow me spend several hours in the sofa in the lobby “because we are are five star hotel!”(although during the coming several days I have seen people including myself and my colleagues staying in the sofas all the time without paying for any coffee or snacks). The pain I had is they told me to wait until 3pm for changing rooms. I called the front desk several times and in the end called back to China to talk to Ctrip. The guy who changed me full day for less than 7 hours stay has seen my Ctrip booking in my cellphone. The lady at front counter told me they didn’t know I had another booking! Don’t understand what system they were using to manage the hotel. Eventually I carried my luggage out to lunch and then got my other room at 1:30pm. Regarding hardware I want to complain about the bench in front of the bed. It was a hard and heavy thing that would break your knees if you hit it during the night if you go t bathroom or come back for sleep. Couldn’t understand why in such a small room they want to squeeze everything in. The lattice for salad in breakfast had sands. Maybe I was unlucky? Anyway as a guy who stays in five stars all the time I would not come back to this hotel in the future.

The room is clean and tidy, and the service is good

Everything else is good, that is, the hot water is not hot enough, and the bath is a bit cold.

I was speechless. The balcony I booked was not displayed when I arrived. I was tossed around for a day. The next day, I changed it to a balcony. I called for cleaning but it didn't come after waiting for a long time. I wanted to take a shower at night and couldn't wait any longer. I had to go downstairs to find a new towel.

1)Including me and other more than 20 peoples waited for more than 5 hours for check in process, even though I have confirmation of booking and prepaid. Hotel management team were not able to arrange room. Response from reception staff was “No more rooms available, don’t know about your booking confirmation“. One of them said they don’t have enough housekeeping staff for cleaning., even after room allocation we waited for 3 hours for cleaning up the room.Not responding to Telephones! Never expected from a 5 star Hotel. 2) complementary break fast was below average similar to 3 stars hotel and restaurant ambiance and dining furniture were just like dormitory!

Comfortable and convenient, supermarket downstairs

The owner is an Egyptian. He was very enthusiastic throughout the whole process. He helped arrange luggage, board and lodging. The hotel is very close to the security market, so it is more convenient to visit customers. I will continue to stay next time.

1. Hotel facilities are good, apartment, so no towels 2. The parking lot is very convenient, there are Chinese restaurants around 3km 3. The suite is very new and quiet. It would be perfect if you could have breakfast 4. Talk to the front desk about room cleaning 5. There is a washing machine or something, it is very convenient
