The beach and swimming pools are not same place with hotel, need to take transportation to go there

Very good place for families vocation

Good location and quiet place.. more facilities , shops and restaurants around

Traveling to the UAE, we chose the first emirate Rak.. we looked at several areas, but did not regret staying in Mina Al Arab🤩 If you are looking for parties and action, this is not the place))) There are construction sites - all the emirates are under construction, but we did not see any cranes in the sea. Mostly low-rise buildings 👍 There are practically no high-rises. The area wakes up after sunset. Well, now about Janna Hotel Appartaments & Villas)) The Janna Hotel is hospitality, a beautiful embankment, proximity to a wonderful uncrowded beach, at any time from 9-00 to 18-00 a car to the beach and back, sun loungers, bottled water, towels - included. Opposite the hotel there is a clean swimming pool with fresh water!!! Excellent breakfasts, delicious coffee - ask for it instead of granulated / they won't refuse 😅 Cleaning and linen change on request every day, don't expect service without a reminder ☝️ Nora at the buffet is wonderful, Ibrahim (from Cairo) at the bar is a cheerful guy, speaks Russian 🫶🏻, Fazil at the reception is always friendly and customer-oriented. Hasan is a sweetheart 😍 We lived in a large two-room apartment with a kitchen. Next to the hotel there is a supermarket where you can find everything, including meat, seafood, and even Mirotorg products 😄 In general, our beach family vacation in relaxation was a success. Let's go further to Dubai ✌️

The room is average, very old and retro. Breakfast is not a buffet but you have to order it.

Rooms where I stay was clean and comfortable.. housekeeping service was great and quick. We enjoyed our breakfast lots of variety was in buffet.overall everything was great and owesam.. I enjoyed my stay at jannah hotel. At Ras al khaimah.

I’ve been here a week and dread the next 3 weeks. Staying in a 1 bedroom sea view apartment after being sold on the sleek videos of the interior and positive reviews. It is not cheap, but I wanted a comfort for a 1-3 month stay. The place is tired and not welcoming. An empty vending machine in the lobby. Booked for a month and when arriving, there was not a single hanger in the closet, one bath towel, no hand towel, face towel or bath mat. The kitchen has the saddest collection of 2 plates, 2 glasses, 2 sets of cutlery, a sad old pan and pot that I do not want to use - no cooking utensils. No dishcloth, nothing to really prepare a meal or do basic tidying. Everything feels sticky and old. Surfaces are stained with permanent sticky marks, mirror has a strange corrosive border. Even when clean (which I’m not sure if it is), it feels dirty. And the noise! Badly insulated apartment provides no relief from the construction on the premises (renovating the front boulevard) - every day. Road noise is not limited to the “garden/road view” apartments. Every night there is racing in the neighbourhood and congregation of motorcycles in the next door parking lot. I’ve not been able to sleep a single night. The neighbours’ chairs scraping across the floor is as if it is inside my apartment. People talking in the hallway, again as if in my apartment. The pool is way across a double road, so not readily accessible, or welcoming. The private beach is a 5 minute drive away (with a building site nearby). The only good thing is smiling staff, but there is only so much they can do with a tired old building trying to pretend it is a high end hotel/apartment with hotel facilities. Not sure if the rest of the place is better insulated, more recently renovated - I do not understand these great reviews.

I am a resident of Jannah Hotels apartment and it’s an amazing place to live. The hotel team have made my move super easy and couldn’t do more for me. Win and Sachini keep my apartment impeccable and I feel so spoilt! The bed and pillows are the most comfiest ever! Really have nothing but the best to say about Jannah in RAK

I have received a wonderful service during my stay and everything arranged very perfectly.Food are very delicious. Special thanks should be given to the staff members of Sachini,Menaka and priyankara for the grate service provided.They are very hard working and supportive.

Villa where our family stay in v17 Delma villa was very nice and amazing. Cleaning wise villa was super.. interior of villas was great And comfortable.. rooms has all the Required amenities..overall everything was amazing.. sea view from the villa is good

We are staying janna ras Al khaimah is it very good place and the staff is so friendly and good person the name is Krishna and Sachini the place is good and pool is perfect and big one also it is perfect days there I want go there again really I enjoyed there

Krishna,Sachini, Santosh very friendly, very hard workers,left the house clean and smelling fresh. They are always available for the services. They never refuse any works. They talk with respect and always with a smile. They are trustworthy person. They even made the bed in a decorative way.
