You can reach the camp via a short piece of sand slope. The accommodation in a kind of glamping tent is original. The staff is without doubt friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner are varied, delicious and very plentiful. Lots of interesting activities available such as Quad, 4WD desert trips, camel rides, balloon rides to sunrise... Highly Recommended

The accommodation at the camp was good and we very much enjoyed the music in the evening and the fire. The staff were also polite and friendly. Things were less good on the food front. Dinner is served between 19.00 and 21.00. My partner and I arrived at 20.00. The dinner is a buffet and by 20.00 half of the food had been eaten and not replenished and the other half was cold and inedible. There were some barbecued skewers of meat which were hot. So I ate these with the last of the bread. So in summary a nice place but the food is below the standard it should be.

This is the friendliest and loveliest camp - really accessible from the main roads but you feel like you are in the heart of the desert. The desert is enormous and you can do all you exploring and tours with the hotel team who are fantastic and put so much energy and passion into making every trip special. Stargazing, camel rides, 4x4 dune bashing and getting to know the locals - all easy to organise and so fun and memorable. The food was perfect - and the huge tents so comfortable.

We have been in this very nice place for two nights and it was a fantastic infrastructure a wonderful quiet and peaceful environment! The tents are really very comfortable and cosy with a real bathroom where you can have a shower under the stary sky. It’s a very clean and well equipped camp!!! But unfortunately the food wasn’t very good: meat and fish was dry and sides were overcooked. That’s why I cannot give a 7/10

We recently had an incredible time at this location. From exhilarating sandboarding and dune bashing to the highlight of superb culinary delights overseen by an outstanding chef. In conclusion, I highly recommend visiting this place if you're looking for an unforgettable exploration experience.

We had a special experience here. We booked the tent for our family. The night we arrived it was raining. While checking in my husband payed the full amount and the man at the reception failed to mention that there was water in our bathroom because of the rain. We were there with small children they should never have let us stay in the tent with the bad weather. After a few hours we transfered to a cottage with our family as the weather got too bad. The next day we asked to stay ik the cottage instead of the tent because we had an awfull experience in the tent and it was still cold so we didn’t want to take any chances. It was no problem for them. I did ask for a compensation because the tents cost a lot more then the cottages. They did not want to give any compensation. In the end we agreed on a free lunch and camil ride. In my opinion we overpayed for our stay and I am sure they could have changed the booking but did not want to loose money. For the rest was our stay very nice. The food was great and the staff very friendly. In the future they should not let people stay in the tents when it is raining.
