Got in very late without the room key working. The staff on hand were very helpful and resolved the issue straight away. Ideal for one night before exploring the rest of Costa Rica

One of the best hotels in San Jose, a Marriott brand, so quality is guaranteed. Rooms are spacious, breakfast is plentiful, and while the location isn't close to the airport, the surrounding amenities are excellent.

The Courtyard by Marriott San Jose Airport Alajuela boasts a very convenient location, close to San Jose Airport, and offers a free airport shuttle, which is very helpful for travelers with connecting flights or early morning/late evening flights. The rooms are clean and tidy, the beds are comfortable, and the soundproofing is good. The breakfast offers a wide variety of fresh fruits, hot dishes, and coffee options; the overall experience exceeded expectations and is highly recommended.

New hotel in a perfect location for those arriving or departing late at night. The free shuttle runs to the airport every half hour from 4:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

The service is very good, there is an airport shuttle bus. There is a food center just across the street.

Very friendly and uncomplicated reception. The hotel is very well located near a mall and the airport. I thought the free laundry facilities were great. Unfortunately, the free shuttle to the airport was 10 minutes late, which is acceptable but should not happen given the very expensive price of the overnight stay.
