Had a lovely time at this hotel, the room was spacious and kept very clean by the excellent staff. The hotel is in a very good position, a walk to the beach only takes under 5 minutes and a bus to the centre of town is very good value at 9 tl .The nights can get a bit noisy with disco music playing until midnight but ear plugs could solve this. The breakfast is the same each day and a buffet style could sort this out. Overall a very pleasant stay helped by an excellent management team.

In the middle of 9 days here. Excellent location. The views of the sea and mountains are breathtaking and everything is just on the doorstep. The staff are lovely, especially the cleaning lady, breakfast staff and night reception. The breakfast is the best breakfast I've ever had. It makes me laugh when reviewers complain that it's all Turkish style food...newsflash we are in Turkey. The choice and taste is outstanding. It is a lovely, quiet and clean hotel with very comfortable large beds,lots of hot water,toiletries and teas and coffee. OK there is a bit of noise in the evening from the harbour restaurants but I knew I was booking a central city hotel and brought earplugs, but it was never a problem. Alanya is a very chilled out, interesting city with glorious beaches, mountain views,history, walking and lots of shops and restaurants. I hope to return and would stay in this hotel again.

I went with my family last week and stayed in Sunway Hotel and it was the best decision ever. 1- Location: The hotel is located in a lovely street full of restaurants and hotels, crowded during the day but very calm in the evenings. You just have to cross the road to reach the famous teleferik that takes you up to the castle. Kleopatra beach, gardens, playgrounds and a big fountain are 2 minutes away by walking. The archeological museum is 5mn walking. This hotel has the best location ever! 2- Service: The staff are amazing and very helpful, the girl at the front desk that i didn't had the chance to know her name was trying her best to find us solutions whenever a problem encountered us. The owner is somethings else, he is the nicest and sweetest man you will ever meet; he was our little genie, had answers to every question and helped us a lot during our stay. 3- Accomodation: The rooms were clean, a bit obsolete, but still good and spacious with a little balcony. It wasnt that fancy, but you will feel home. The only problem was with breakfast. Same food every morning, so we stopped coming down after the third day. I highly recommend this hotel, these people will make you feel home and do their best to help you enjoy your stay.

We checked in quickly, the room was clean, bright, there was a refrigerator, air conditioning, wi-fi, and a hairdryer. Room on the fifth floor with a spacious balcony overlooking the city and the mountain of the Alanya fortress. This balcony had side walls, so when the sun goes down you can sit privately on the balcony. On the ground floor of the hotel there is a restaurant with delicious food, such as mixed seafood.
There is a small cozy pool on the roof. I didn’t use the pool, because I think that tourist pools should be used by children and women.
The beach is within walking distance.
The hotel staff are friendly and helpful.

positives - hotel lovely and clean at all times, polite staff, very friendly, reception area lovely, rooms were always clean, fresh towels, bathrooms all kept modernised negatives - beds very hard woke each morning with a bad back, one member of entertainments team terrible would not let my 8 year old join in with his water activities, food very repetitive and not catered to the english, chips served at breakfast and nothing else if you have fussy children with you, lunch and evening meal average, again my children very fussy mainly lived on chips for the week unless we went out for meals which were all nice, don't eat in what is an authentic kebab place as we ended up with food poisoning from this. hotel is a 10 minute walk to beach where their is a beach bar serving burgers and chips and drinks, go to beach bar number 5, you do have to pay for the sun loungers loads of things to see and do booked through on the beach don't let rep sell you excursions as he did to us saying everything included we did the green canyon and zoo on the same trip at the zoo you have to pay to hold the lion cubs and watch the sea lion show despite being sold as all inclusive. the best excursion by far was sapadere canyon, water fights on the jeeps up in the mountains, be prepared to get cold in the water on the canyon next to the waterfall but what an experience to swim under the waterfall. they accept the euro and prefer this as payment as we took lira with us. the loungers are good and there is no scramble for them, as long as your down around 8am you will get loungers around the pool. We especially loved the gossip bar just down near the beach they were great with my child played pool with him and kept him entertained. If you turn right near this bar and walk for 10 minutes there is a great reggae reggae bar.

Super rooftop pool and deck area. Great superking double bed. Clean beach and pool towels available for free everyday. Buffet breakfast with Turkish theme, no full English here but perfectly fine for our taste. Staff friendly and welcoming. Rooms cleaned everyday with bed linen change every other day. Aircon fast and efficient. Konakli is about 10kms from Alanya. We hired a car, hotel transport, taxis, excursion buses available but we prefer independence of our own transport. Very happy to recommend hotel.

We went during the holiday period, the hotel was very crowded, but we were very pleased, the pools, aqua park, pools and slides were amazing. The meals were sufficient in variety. We stayed in a standard room in the main building. The room was clean and spacious. Club rooms are a little small for families with children. The sea is calm in the mornings, a bit wavy in the afternoon, and the coastal areas are rocky. Sea shoes are a must. If you enter from the pier, there is no problem. We recommend it to everyone.

I dont even know where to start writing this review but i saw someone writing that they could not believe their luck for finding this place, and that is exactly how i feel. The first day we came here and checked in we got home made limonade from the garden and our keys to the room. All the roms are so so so beautiful, each with its own feel, decorated with antiques and art used in a clever way so they feel very cozy but so fresh at the same time. The cleaning was fantastic, they even rolled up our phone charging cables!!! so lovely The food is amazing! Breakfast with lovely music underneath citrus trees with a cup of turkish tea, i will miss these moments so much! Really fresh breakfast and i was impressed about how much of it that was vegetarian! The jams are home made and i fell in love with the rose jam, i had to have it every day because it was so good. Dinners in the evenings with faerie lights, live music and freshly caught shrimps was magical! But most of all the staff is what made these two weeks so special, i’ve never been to a hotel like this, they all made us feel so welcome, seen and comfortable and ive loved getting to know them. This is the first time i feel like i want to go back to a city because of the hotel and not beacause of the city! Thank you so much🤍 and a special thanks to Nezaket, Oscar and Koray, for making this vacation so magical ❤️

Super wide breakfast selection with various warm dishes, cold cuts, all kind of cheese, cereals and of course many different salads, yoghurt and dried fruits - I could not think of anything missing

Less than 2 minutes walk to the red tower and 5 minutes to the harbour.
Seaview really perfect to see the “pirate” ships coming and going and also sunrise in the morning.
As close to the harbour also close proximity to all kind of restaurants, bars and the shopping bazaars.
We were super happy and will come for sure again, we really had a great time and enjoyed every single day 😎

AAndrey DyatkovA good hotel in Alania, it can be said that it is a four but with a mistake that is in Alania. Normal breakfast. Good location close to the beach and to the main center(I think it is a starbucks). WiFi works well. There is a gym, but a scarce. The rooms are big. There is another cool chip: this is a view of the sea and... the cemetery) you can look at the sunset and sunset of any life. We didn't mind:)

Rrajaa alhadadI really enjoyed my stay, location was very good . Rooms were very clean. The staff were professional and friendly , specially Mrs Yeliz at the reception very helpful and nice girl. The food , beverages and sweet was great. I highly recommend this hotel for adults .
The only bad thing which I will to confirm -only for me- , was they used a cleaning detergent liquid which has a strong smell and I suffered on that as I have asthma but the personal and the housekeepers ( Hadija and Gulaaiy ) took care on my room

GGuest UserFront desk is manned by very friendly staff, who try hard to understand your concern in spite of the language barrier (luckily there is Google). Hotel has good potentiel and is nicely located. There definitely are maintenance issues which can easily be addressed. All in all, I had a good stay in spite of the fact that there is vast room for improvement. Hotel has a great potentiel (especially for those who do not want to go the ”all-inclusive” way).

Although the room looked a bit shabby chic, the beds were clean and very comfortable. Could hear next door residents sometimes, but we had a fabulous view across to the castle, so, although there were some down sides, it was more than made up for with the good parts. Beds and towels not changed often, but staff were more than happy to do so, if asked. I liked the pool, not too busy. Unfortunately, my husband passed away unexpectedly, whilst we were there. The manager, Sukru, and all his staff couldn`t have been more kind and helpful. I will definitely go back.

VVinusha PHonest review- Food- amazing! They had fry ups everyday for every meal. Omelets, pancakes and waffles for breakfast, grilled fish(so good) grilled chicken and kebabs for lunch and dinner freshly made and a whole lot of other dishes including salads to try. Food was really good. Rooms- smaller than I expected for a family of 4. Sofa bed was really uncomfortable for my 8 year old. But we managed. Kids had a nice time. Could do better with the beds and the curtains as it was really bright in the room. Beds are not very comfy. Pool- was amazing. The slides are great. The beach was right behind the pool which was great. The facilities near the pool and the beach were very good. Staff- very friendly and they go out of the way to help you if you need anything. Turkish bath(massage)- not very great. Not value for the money they charge. I’ve had Turkish massages before so out of experience I felt it wasn’t a great job. Overall we all had an amazing holiday. Dinner is from 6:30 to 8:30, and before 7:30, it is basically full and there are no vacant tables. You have to wait for someone to eat and vacate the seat before the second round of dining. It is a bit rushed to eat, and the opening time for dining is too short.
When I was picking up the meal, there was a puddle of water on the ground, which made me slip and almost fall to the ground. Later, the waiter came to help me stand up, but just took a triangular cone and put it on the puddle of water, reminding customers not to step on it, and did not deal with it immediately. Dry, let the floor dry naturally.
The room is very comfortable and the air conditioner is very effective: the balcony is equipped with a drying rack, which is very convenient for hanging swimsuits to dry; the shower head is super large, and the washing is invincible; the refrigerator is also very effective, which is rare in a Turkish hotel.
The beach is not connected to the hotel, and the shuttle bus goes to the exclusive beach of the hotel every hour. In order to control the time conveniently, we finally decided to drive by ourselves and follow the shuttle bus to the exclusive beach. The beach is super beautiful and must be experienced.
There are glasses of water in the hotel and on the exclusive beach for everyone to use freely, which is very considerate.
There is a show time performance at 9:30 every night. The theme of the first night is a spinning dance performance. The audience is full, but the dance troupe arrives late at 10:00 in disheveled clothes. There are residents before the show begins. I yelled at the scene and left. The performance started at 10:05 and ended at 10:30, but it was worth seeing the orthodox men's spinning dance (about 10 minutes non-stop), and there was no need to pay extra tips.

I don't recommend this hotel, nor the city Alanya. They try to get as much money as possible anywhere. In Alanya many hotels that say they're all inclusive are actually not. Some stuff are not included in the price we pay, for example the wifi has to be paid for when you're in your room or the beach. I will never go to Alanya ever again. When it comes to this hotel, I don't recommend it because 1) everything in this hotel is old and dirty. I got a room that wasn't even well built, there were lots of construction errors. The paint on the ceiling litteraly falls on the ground. There are molds here and there. The carpets are litteraly glued on the floor, but it is so old some part of it got ripped off. Some of the handles on the drawers are broken. The bathroom curtain are shameful. Old, dirty and only covering a third of the bathtub. How much does it cost to change that seriously ? An other important thing to mention is they only give you one small bottle of water per person per day. You can't grab bottles of water from the fridge cause it's locked. You only have to take water from the water dispenser that they never changed nor cleaned in 30 years. Which is bad because that amount of clean water is unacceptable, a normal human drink at least 1,5 liter of water. The seats, tables and tablecloths are never clean. So always put the tablecloths aside... The cutleries are not hygienic, instead of putting them on the tables ready to be used they put it in the basket so everybody touches everything. The plates are old and dirty too, I struggled to get one clean everytime. 2) if not everything is included in the price then don't call it an all-in hotel... My biggest (bad) surprise was the beach because you need to pay 3€$£ per lounge chair and per parasol. I'm a big ocean/sea lover, and I'm this hotels client, how dare they charge me for being comfortable? I couldn't really enjoy the beach, which is a shame because I came there to at least get some enjoyement from the beach. I complainted about this from the guy that gather the rent money. He said that everything at the beach is not the hotel's belongings, and that they also rent the lounge chairs and parasols which is absolutely not true. Everything is the proprety of the hotel. The beach bar is also not included you have to buy everything there. Even the toilets at the beach aren't free. Nothing is free at the beach. Such a shame 3) the food is a 5/10, half the food was edible the other half is either not cooked perfectly (the peas or other vegetables were still hard). Nothing really special. 4) the staff are all unfriendly, except Hasan and the bartender woman, they don't smile and look at you with hate in their eyes. You can see they clearly don't want to work there. They don't provide you with conditionner in the bathroom. I feel like it's becoming a trend to only put showergel and shampoo here in Alanya. 5) problems and complaints are not solved. When I complainted about some stuff not included in

GGuest UserA affordable but cozy hotel is located in the city center, right next to the beach of Cleopatra, Funiculier, Archaeological Museum and other sights. Room cleaning is regular. They are spacious, with high ceilings. Some interior details are waiting for updates, but that is not a critical problem. Air conditioning is paid.
Wayfay is strong and stable -- unlike many other, even more expensive, Alanyi hotels.
