If you’re considering Serenity Queen Hotel, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere! This place is an absolute disaster, and the management is completely incompetent. 1. Unreachable and Unhelpful Staff From the moment I arrived, I realized that getting any kind of assistance from the hotel was impossible. The front desk is either empty or run by people who don’t care. When I tried calling, the phone just rang endlessly with no one picking up. Emails? Ignored. Imagine having an urgent issue and not being able to reach anyone—frustrating is an understatement! 2. Refusing to Acknowledge or Assist Guests I had an issue with my booking and needed help from the hotel management. Instead of assisting me, they completely ignored my case, refused to respond to inquiries, and left me stranded. A professional hotel would at least acknowledge concerns and try to help. This hotel does neither. 3. No Accountability – Zero Customer Service The management clearly does not care about guests. Instead of working to resolve problems, they disappear, making you deal with everything on your own. The fact that even the booking platform couldn't reach them says everything you need to know—this place is a joke. 4. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! A hotel that refuses to communicate with guests or address issues is not worth your time or money. Serenity Queen Hotel is a nightmare, run by incompetent management who should not be in the hospitality industry. If you want a stress-free stay, choose literally anywhere else. ⭐ 0/5 – Never Again!

I stayed at the hotel in May 2025. The hotel has a very good standard and is new. A huge plus for the extremely kind and friendly staff. A big downside, however, was the food. Considering the hotel's standard, I would rate the food as average. It was monotonous, with little fresh fruit, vegetables, and seafood. Apart from that, the stay at the hotel was very enjoyable.

Restoran time Elif , Hasan Yavuz , Seyhmuz Ayaz , Seyhmuz Etrez ,wonderful service, warm and pleasant communication, always at my service, whatever I need, I thank them very much for their services . I loved The cocktails , The beach and The restaurant . Especially ms. Elif took greit care of us

Waiters Hasan YAVUZ , Seyhmuz AYAZ and Seyhmuz ETREZ , Restoran Captain Elif were incredibly friendly and professional – always smiling and ready to help. Their service made the experience even more enjoyable. The place is new, beautifully designed, and everything is clean and well-maintained. You can really see the attention to detail in every corner. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant stay.

We arrived around 7pm after a really long transfer this hotel is around 3 hours on a shared transfer. However, when we arrived the hotel looked amazing, not huge as we are not fans of huge hotels, just perfect. Got taken to our room which was not in the main hotel but a smaller side part of the hotel. It's still very nice but would have been nice to have walked out of our door into main area which is beautiful. We had an amazimg sleep as the bed is very comfy, we rated the room 9/10. We spent all week in the 16+ pool which was so peaceful most of the time. We did notice a day when there wasn't an attendant all day at the bar which was a bit of a pain, but the hotel did apologise. We rated the 16+ pool a 7/10. The food at the snack bar Peppers at lunch was so tasy, husband loved the cheeseburger, best he has ever eaten. Always hot, quick and tasty. We rated Peppers 9/10 Another thing we found amazing was the free fridge items, coke, fanta, snacks, beers all in the room fridge for free.. very impressed. 10/10 The main restaurant is a little bit of a let down. Breakfast is way too weird, soup, chips, onion rings, cauliflower, broccoli, all sorts of strange, I appreciate a lit of cultures to appease, but no consideration for british people who don't eat things like that usually. Lunch we had at the snack bar and evening meal back at the restaurant. At night there was always something to eat but always a bit cold and some rather strange foods, but always something to have. The desserts look much nicer than they taste, the small cakes are all very rubbery and tasteless. Food we rate about a 6/10 The local area has a lot of shops and very friendly people, a short walk to Alanya Mall, we didn't have anywhere else to walk though, found the local area a bit desolate with not much to see so rated this 6/10. The beach is a shingle beach but is secluded and specifically for the hotel, the boardwalk put ro the sea was closed the whole time which was really disappointing as really looked forward to this. Beach we rated as 5/10 Overall staff cannot do enough, the kids club programme looked amazing, the kids pool area was fabulous, so for children we would rate it 10/10 - they even have their own area of the restaurant. The evening entertainment was good, we didn't watch it all but the programme was varied so 8/10 only 8 because we felt it always started a bit late (9.30). Sadly it rained a bit on our trip, but we loved our holiday, we had a lovely holiday. Didn't visit Starbucks or patisserie but noted the patisserie to have the same cakes as the main restaurant. The relax pool was lovely but never had the sun for long. Gym was good, husband enjoyed it although rarely opened on tike 8am 8/10 All in all we wouldn't come back, ONLY because the transfer was a bit much for us, if it was closer we could definitely return. If you don't mind the long transfer you will enjoy your stay

From the moment i walked into the hotel at 12 at midnight, i was greeted with respect and a smile at the reception. the hotel itself is beautiful, inside and out. not a long walk from the beach. Great services from the waiters to the bartenders to the entertainers and receptionist staff. A massive thank you to Baris, Muhammet and Emre for making us feel welcome and making our experience even better in turkey. there are facilities in the hotel itself such as kids club for the kids, entertainment for the adults at night with quiz night, karaoke etc. A lot of fun to do throughout the day. the rooms are spacious, lots of food options and a lot of drinks to pick from. i will definitely be back soon and thanks once again.
