Arsi Enfi City Beach Hotel

Listen if you want miserable service, shocking food and the smallest room imaginable then this is the place for you. If your into enjoying your holiday then it’s probably one to dodge, I did see a group of people enjoying themselves on the slide into the pool, but they quickly turned that off and blocked the entrance when some sausage sat underneath it and complained about being splashed. The food is regenerated for each service, unless your some boss, then you’ll get a tablecloth and the best service Antalya has to offer, still lacked a smile though. If you’re coming for a room to crash in then this is the hotel for you, because outside it is mint. Recommend The Bones Steak House next door, you’ll be looked after. Actually ignore that, book somewhere else and walk to the bones, it’s truly awful and even on a budget holiday you’ll leave feeling ripped off and probably prefer to stay under a bridge cold and wet - 0/10

I'm not sure why people rate this hotel so poorly as I will provide an accurate account of my stay. I booked Kleopatra Arsi Hotel and on arrival was moved to Arsi Enfi City Beach and was assured it was of a similar standard. Whilst sceptical, I agreed to the transfer and on arrival the hotel appeared to be much the same standard so that was good. The check-in was easy and quick and the room provided in the main block was small, clean and modern with all the facilities you would expect of a 4 star property. The food on offer is varied and good quality. Yes they offer vegetables and chips at breakfast but they also have 4 types of cerial, selection of breads, scrambled and boiled eggs, cheeses, cold meats, preserves, salads and fresh fruits, juices, teas and coffees. The same selection was available for lunch and dinner and whilst the range is not as broad as a five star hotel the quality and presentation of the food definately was. The meal times are quite limited with breakfast ending at 09:30AM and dinner finishing quite early at 19:30. The all inclusdive bar is available poolside from 10AM - 19:30 then avaialble upstairs in the lounge from 19:30-22:00. Inclusive drinks are limited to beer, vodka, gin, red and white wines but they serve branded products like Efes, Coca-Cola and Fanta. The staff do their best to serve everyone as the hotel caters for people from a wide range of countries with different languages and dialects. Reception staff could not be more helpful confirming my transfer etc. Overall this is a great value hotel in a central location in Alanya and deserves to be given the benefit of the doubt when considering to book. I would certainly come back.

The hotel called ARSI ENFI CITY BEACH HOTEL can boast of cold meals, rude service, a small selection of drinks and a constant lack of coffee / eternally broken machines /. The hotel's big plus is its cleanliness and location - close to the beach and the city center

I took my mom for an all inclusive long weekend stay. Over all i would NOT reccomend. The staff are grumpy and not helpful. I wasnt happy with the room as it was very small and the air conditioning didnt work. They reccomend the upgrade to purchace the safe in the room and later found that someone (cleaning staff) went through my luggage. At any meal time the hot food was only warm and by the time you sit down it would be cold. They serve broccoli, sprouts, cabbage and other veg for breakfast, that i thought was a bit weird. The day i arrived the pool was out of order and empty of water. It was cleaned and up and running 1hr befor leaving for my flight. Not all of the drinks were included in the "all inclusive" as i needed to pay for cocktails or apple juice and other drinks. I was woken up every day by a religeous tannoy at 6am promptley and it repeted 6x each day, when i spoke to reception to move room away from the tower that is located directly next to the hotel i was told "god it great, all turkey is like this" and sent on my way without a room change or any empathy for jetlag. They really didnt want to help at all. They just happy to take my money. WILL NOT RECCOMEND NOR STAY HERE AT ALL AGAIN!!!! :(

Rooms are clean and tidy good food and alchohol staff are friendly and go above and beyond to look after you. Great location with plenty to do and the reps looks after you like one of their own with great trips and options for days out etc be sure to book
