This was the first time I have ever spent time in a 5* hotel and I must say I loved every minute of it. The staff were all so helpful, smiling, saying good morning every time we entered the lunch hall. Welcoming us and making sure we were happy. The cleaners who came and tidied and cleaned our room everyday were so lovely and kind with a genuine and humble heart. The ladies upstairs in the women area, the animation team were all so so great. The food was amazing every single day! Beautiful and super clean Hotel everywhere!!! The best halal hotel! I can't emphasize that enough! Aisha Nur, Zübeyda and Kübra, thank you all so much for your kindness and support. I felt like I had a family after spending 4 days in Bera Hotel and I didn't want to leave. I went to Bera Alanya Hotel last year and loved it which is why we came again this year however my experience this year was unfortunately not as positive as last year. The cleanliness of the rooms was disappointing, they were only cleaned properly when specifically requested, and towels were not changed until we asked. Many of the staff did not seem happy to help, and overall customer service was much weaker compared to last year. In particular, the reception desk service was poor. Staff members generally had an unhelpful attitude, especially İrem and a lady in a hijab (whose name I don’t remember). This created a negative impression and made the interaction at the reception unpleasant. On the other hand, I want to mention the ladies at the help desk (not the reception) who were consistently lovely and very helpful. Their kindness and willingness to assist really stood out and made a big difference. The best part of the stay was once again the women’s-only pool and its incredible team. Special thanks to Aleyna, Gizem, Suna, Bintu (Kone), and Suzan(receptionist), who brought energy, joy, and warmth through their smiles, activities, and welcoming approach. They truly created a fun and positive atmosphere and were the highlight of my stay. Aside from the entertainment team, the women’s pool, and the supportive ladies at the help desk, I was not very happy with my stay this year and feel the hotel standards have declined compared to last year.
