The hotel is located right on the beach, no need to cross the road, as in most hotels in Alanya. No noise for the same reason. Large green area, several swimming pools. There are piers for going down to the sea, bypassing the rocks. The food is up to standard. Coffee and beer are good only in the lobby bar. An excellent option for reasonable money. The only downside for those who like to sleep early in building 1 is concerts until 23-00.

As a hotel it is one of the rare hotels in Alanya that is located right on the sea in a beautiful location, I can say that I have been there a few times, the grounds are very large and spacious, the staff are very friendly and very good, the rooms are very good and very clean, they keep the standards at a high level, customer satisfaction is very good, there are many options for food, it appeals to everyone, we thank all the staff endlessly, we will definitely come back here, I recommend this hotel with a clear conscience.

We are on holiday now, the very end of October. The weather and sea are simply fabulous, the hotel did not disappoint. Green territory with wonderful rabbits, excellent sun loungers on the beach, friendly staff, excellent food.

1. Огромная территория. Чистая, ухоженная. Парковка большая.
2. Большой пляж, много лежаков.
3. Различные развлечения включая баскетбольную площадку и 2 теннисных корта.
4. Разнообразное питание, вкусно. Мороженное 4 часа в день дают, всегда в наличии.
5. Хорошие коктейли алкогольные и безалкогольные.
6. 3 бассейна на улице, 1 крытый.
7. В Спа-уентре разнообразные программы. 8. Массажистки турчанки, некоторые делают массаж хорошо, но балийки лучше. Одна массажистка была, как первый раз пришла.
9. Номера и сам отель требуют ремонта, не современный, стиль 80-х годов, как построили, так и не переделывали. Видно, что постоянно красят деревянные окна. В лифте дверь самому открывать надо. В целом все аккуратно, но нужно обновлять.
10. На удивление везде на территории работал отлично Wi-Fi.

I will start my review on a positive note. The staff were lovely. Beach bar ok.
The buildings, communal areas and roomd in desperate need of renovation. The restaurant looked like a school canteen and lobby lounge was tiny. The decor was tired and the furniture was shabby. Plus not big enough to accommodate the amount of people even if the hotel was at half capacity.
Big shout out to the young lady on the reservation desk. She was very nice and helpful.
I don't usually leave a negative review. However, I booked this hotel on the back of the positive reviews and rating.

Great resort. The buildings are looking a little worn and the food was nothing to shout about, but staff and the sorroubding areas were excellent.
