Very good hotel for that price , we were there 14 days and we were very satisfied , service was very nice , people who worked there were always helpful , very friendly always helped us , i recommend this hotel for anyone who does not go to turkey for only food , food was okay for most part , every day rooms were cleaned and if needed towels were changed , people were very friendly and helpful with everything.

Where do we begin?…. We flew out to meet friends of ours who insisted we were to join them on their honeymoon after a few days in. As we arrived at the Bin Billa Hotel we were greeted by a very smiley and friendly gentleman who was very polite and helpful but it stopped there. We were then handed over to what I can only describe as a Turkish Danny DeVito who’s aroma was very pungent to say the least and not in a pleasant way. He showed us our room which wasn’t what I expected at all, two small single beds for me and the Mrs, a shower that didn’t work and when it did only ran boiling hot so had very little chance to freshen up, bare in mind this is at 2am after travelling a total of 9 hours from the UK, naturally we just wanted some Kip so we got on with it for the time being. Morning comes, we’re hungry so we head downstairs expecting to see food wall to wall and people enjoying themselves as you would any other all inclusive booking, the entire place was as empty as it was upon our 2am arrival and no food in sight. I asked a staff member “where are the breakfast options” he walked me over to three plates that consisted of hard boiled eggs, rice and salami that was half eaten and genuinely looked like it had been on the floor then scrapped back up. We obviously decided to eat out. Come afternoon we wanted to relax by the pool which didn’t happen as some ghastly looking fellow who wouldn’t look out of place as a villain in the Oliver Twist movie insisted on joining us, offering his assistance with god knows what, as they have sod all to provide or offer in the first place and when polity asked to allow me and my other half to enjoy our time together in peace, he completely ignored us and just sat there on the lounger next to us, dreadfully providing us with an ear to ear smile displaying horrendous remnants of his teeth which made his tongue look as though it were in jail would have put us off our food anyway. Friends we were with asked for an orange juice which arrived 45mins later to then be presented by a woman who gave us all the look of death as if we had asked for gold or something then to be followed by a herd of people laying a table 2 centimetres by the pool edge in the baking sun with food they had cooked for us without having asked for it (which to some people I can understand would be a lovely gesture of their hospitality) but ignored us when asking for a menu and even ignored us after using Google translate to politely say “no thanks” and “ we haven’t requested any food” then proceeded to get frustrated with us which made us feel very uncomfortable as we decided to leave. They made us all feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. They didn’t have any food options available what so ever and there were no drinks available other than red wine from a dispenser which naturally we have a wide birth. No entertainment what so ever, just a group of what I’m sure we’re good old boys enjoying their tea and a shisha in the corner of the “restaurant

Cheap and cheerful hotel. Nice rooms very clean, nice pool. Not really all inclusive as there's only soft drinks, wine or beer at bar. Very little English spoken here also. Food not so good. Very little on offer but it's ok if you just want somewhere to stay and explore. 5 mins walk from beach. Bus stops also 5 mins away. You get what you pay for.

Poor isolation, cockroaches in the room. Same food every day. The stuff cleaned twice in a weak due to lack of stuff. It stood that we would have bottle water in the fridge at our fist day but the fridge was empty. Internet costs 3 euro per day and device. The hotel manager was having problem with our agency (detur) and even though we paid in advance for the hotel he forced us to pay unreasonable price for the hotel again- he took 500 euro per person per week otherwise we would have to leave the hotel which was no option for me because I was alone with children and one child was sick at the time.

Where to start with this shocking excuse for a hotel. Firstly the hotel would be amazing if it had what it advertised, food, double rooms, entertainment etc. This is not an all inclusive hotel. Food was very basic and we couldn't eat it so obviously we ate out which cost us over what we had planned for an all inclusive holiday. On offer was watered down beer and wine no spirits, softs drinks etc coffee tasted like the filter hadn't been cleaned for years. I booked a double room and after a 14 hour journey from the UK including tranfer arriving around 2am I can't even put into words what I was expecting definitely wasn't what me and my partner got. We got a basic room, two small twin beds and a shower that went from hot to cold to freezing. The staff very unwelcoming and looked miserable as if they didn't want to be there. Language barrier was an issue but with Google translate could get over that but the bare minimum effort from them was given. When asking for new towels their response was "changed every three days" they wasn't. We asked for new towels and got blood stained ones. Lucky we had our own otherwise we would have up skipped and left. Needless to say we ate out each meal spent barely any time in the hotel due to the tiny balcony that was given. Absolutely appalled by this hotel and wouldn't recommend it to anyone! Such a shame as actually a nice building.

Bin Billa Hotel, all inclusive, *** Beautiful photos on the page of the travel agency turned out to be completely different in real life. In a nutshell: very dirty and unkempt. I would say there is no caring, female hand. The renovation of 2019 has already decently worn out, and it was, looking at the old swollen doors in the shower room, yellowed furniture and the “old” telephone, very superficial, at a quick hand and partial. During the week of our stay, the maid (man) deigned to visit us twice. Took the tip, took out the trash and swept the sand. Dirty stains on the floor were an essential accessory of the room. Towels and bed linen were not changed, the bed was not made. The bedspreads smelled of prettiness and sour sweat. There was no ventilation in the shower room, the seams were covered with a terry layer of mold and the stench from it was terrible. And the balcony seems to have never seen cleaning. The semi-melted plastic ashtray looked very miserable and abandoned. The pool was cozy, a lot of greenery, but under the sunbeds the dirt and dust was centuries old. It seems the only clean place was the dining room. The food in the dining room was modest enough, but vegans and vegetarians would have liked it. But lovers of chops and steaks can disappoint. Everything that was not eaten for breakfast and lunch could be seen for dinner, with small additions. Generally waste-free production. There seems to be staff, but there isn't. Don't expect them to be happy to serve you. It was possible to rent bicycles at the hotel, but I do not recommend it, you will only lose time, and the bicycles will still turn out to be faulty. It's easier for 3 euros / day to rent a normal bike in a nearby street. Beach. The beach is five minutes walk from the hotel. Through the tunnel and Voila. A wide strip of small pebbles. Everything is great. Half-broken sunbeds and half-torn mattresses are at your service (free of charge for hotel guests). Umbrellas 2 euro/day for your money. There is a shower, dressing room and a bar. The beach is dirty, apparently the "gifts" of the sea and cigarette butts, which are more than stars in the sky, are an indispensable part of the seascape. Nearby, a mountain river flows into the sea, bringing with it a cold stream of water. Therefore, the water in the sea can be colder than, for example, on Cleopatra Beach. Therefore, take a bike and go (30-40 minutes) to Cleopatra, it's Super, you won't regret it! There were also pluses. The hotel is located on a quiet, dead end street. The noise from the road was almost inaudible. And close to the beach. The hotel facade and lobby look nice, with a claim to four stars (****). But first impressions can be deceiving. We tested it on ourselves. But despite the lack of comfort, the gentle sun and the azure sea charged us with energy and positive until next summer. We will return, but not to this hotel. Goodbye Bin Billa Hotel.

The disappointments we experienced at the establishment, which we went to for 4 nights and 5 days with an all-inclusive offer between 26/06/2023 and 30/06/2023, but we regretted going there a million times, started at the entrance. Our room, which we were going to check in at 12, was delivered to us at 4, saying that it was not yet cleaned, upon reservation, our kitchen was the best of Turkish cuisine. It was said to consist of distinguished dishes, but the beans, rice, green beans, zucchini fries, and kapuska, stinky from the heat, were as good as the factory coffers in the industry. I cannot do the cleaning of the room without mentioning the 1 inch of hair that came out of the salad. It is no different from the cleaning of the zone in the military barracks. We should not forget the sheets and pillowcases, which should be changed every day, but are not. When we delivered the room on the last day, Mr. Can, who was in contact with us from the moment we entered the hotel until the last day, told us that you can benefit from all the facilities until the departure of your bus after the delivery of the room, Mr. Bülent came to the table at dinner and said, "The boss says they leave at 12, what are they still doing, paying for what you eat and drink?" The location of the hotel was very good, except for the impoliteness and lack of manners of saying "it is necessary", the boss's mockery, Muzaffer's twirling like a belly dancer because he said "I don't know anything about anything", and the bravado of the man named Fatih at the reception, who has no sense of manliness and humanity. By the way, our ancestors said "kill the brave man, don't eat your right". Among the people I will give credit to, the animation officer Nevzat, the waiter Taner. I would like to thank Ali for his smiling face and sincerity.
