Само здание старое, но при этом его хорошо поддерживают, номера очень чистые. Для самой низкой цены в городе и бюджетной категории очень хорошо. Есть кухня с посудой, чайник, холодильник. Большой плюс, что дом сам по себе тёплый. Я была в марте в холодную погоду, но не мерзла. Локация удобная, это тихая улочка, до моря 5-7 мин ходьбы, рядом с отелем супермаркет и банкоматы, станция такси. Из минусов: одеяла старые, не современные 😁 мелочь, но это не понравилось.
