We arranged a standard room with balcony for 2 people through Otelz on May 15, 2022, with check-in on July 21 and check-out on July 28, pay at the hotel. However, when we went to the hotel, the person in charge asked us, "How did you arrange this so cheaply? It was our mistake, etc." said. In addition, although no air conditioning option was offered when setting up the room, he claimed that we had arranged it without air conditioning and asked us to pay an extra 600 TL for 7 nights. We asked him to make a discount. He said that if 2 people stayed in a single room, he would make a discount on the air conditioning fee, and we had to accept it. Also, the room is extremely small and due to its dirty location, it is extremely noisy at night. I would not give even 1 point if I could, it is a hotel with terrible management. (Also, we left without paying for the air conditioner. When we left, that fraudulent man on duty was not there. I hope you do not encounter that person either.)
