Mr. Emin , who was handling the whole service was incredibly amazing, surely i do recommend this hotel as its located on the beach , and also many restaurants and cafes are there .

Beachfront hotel centrally located in Alanya. I stayed for about 2 nights. I was satisfied with everything, including its convenience, comfort, cleanliness and breakfast. full price performance hotel

The view was great. The open buffet breakfast was nice and attentive. The only problem is that the air conditioner does not cool immediately, I don't know if it is because of the heat or the radiators are not clean, other than that, everything was fine.

The sea view room is beautiful, but too noisy will make you unable to sleep well at night. The facilities are old but usable, and there are very few breakfast items. There are no shower gel, toothbrush, soap and other toiletries.

It was convenient because it was in a good location. In particular, it was very nice to be able to get to and from the hotel by city bus number 101 from Alanya Bus Terminal.

A great hotel, after being let down by another hotel on arrival we picked the Cimen quickly and best decision ever! Great hotel, friendly, clean, comfortable, great breakfast and great value. Will def stay again when we add back in summer. Thanks so much Cimen Otel

Great service and staff. Excellent location right by the beach and walking distance to the centre. Cleaning every day, view of ocean and castle. Delicious breakfast. The receptionist spoke good English. We will definitely be returning.

The most important is the staff. Mustafa runs the restaurant smiling and shining all day long, making your day even better. Muhammed is always ready to help at reception. The chef makes a delicious meals and the waiter keeps the restaurant clean and tidy. And the cleaners did their job properly. The food is delicious and be sure to take breakfast and dinner both. All rooms have large balconies, and most have amazing views of the castle and the sea, as well as many kilometers of seaside town. The bed and pillow were comfortable. The bathroom was big enough and the shower was decent. Slippers are available in the room. The hotel is well located, everything is within walking distance. Used taxi only to and from the bus station. There is a good beach right in front of the hotel (Beach1) where you get a sun lounger and parasol for just 15 lire. All in all, it was a very nice two weeks.

Hotel at a good location. Everything is in the walking distance. The food was decent and everyday there was something different. A bit loud since the hotel is right on the main street, but it depends on the room you get (sea view is louder) They had some issues with the water pump so there was no hot water for 2 days. The service is nice, everything is clean. There is no drinking water offered for free unfortunately, not even at meal times, so you need to allocate resources towards that. There is a market very close by so that wasn't an issue. All in all, would recommend!
