"our itenary for kerela included two day stay at Marari beach resort. I was traveling with my elderly mom. this special hotel impressed me from the moment we arrived onwards for the following reasons- 1. we arrived few hours early but the staff accomodated without any issues . The check-in was smooth and we were promptly allocated a room with staff member accompanying us to the room to ensure everything was shown and explained. 2. property is so well designed with mature trees which are named with a placard and beautifully landscaped and very clean . room itself was beautiful, clean and well stocked. open concept bathroom was an added bonus. eco-friendly suggestions to reduce waste , water were highly thoughtful and appreciated . 3. food was excellent. the staff at dining hall was always helpful and providing excellent service . special mention to Jathin who was very understanding and excellent. staff in their traditional dress looked awesome and all of them worked hard to cater for the guest. a special mention to live music performance at night by Jayan and sindhi (fluet and tabla recital ) was excellent. 4. special mention to Mr Shibu, an environmentalists, responsible for few activities in the resort. his knowledge of birds , the way he has made habitat ,both in resort and at home to attract different birds/ owls and other animals is praiseworthy and very inspirational. Butterfly garden with beautiful flowers and organic garden are worth enjoying . 5. Ayurveda centre offering different treatments and massage were excellent. overall our two day stay was unique and memorable , made by hardworking, professional and very pleasant staff both at front and people who work behind the scenes at this beautiful resort. Everything was very reasonable and worth every penny . would not hesitate to go back and I would highly recommend it as a bucket list destination ."

"We had a lovely time at Beach Symphony at Marari - this is a genuine review and we have no relation to the owner or employees. The staff were excellent and we enjoyed our discussions with Deepu. Shaylan the chef made every effort to cook good food for us and we liked the set up where meals were bought to your own terrace. Dominic was also a pleasure when serving the food with his unique sense of humour. We would recommend this to anyone wanting a quiet and relaxed time at Marari.Not withstanding you can hear local activity at times but it is always quiet after 8.00pm but the sounds of the birds and the odd sighting of a chipmunk adds to the tropical experience. The beach is just outside with various beach shacksThe Fisherman’s Cafe serves good food. The sea is warm but on the rough side so care is advised. However the Beach Symphony has a really nice garden with 15 meter pool. The best cottage is the one with its own pool - a large light room with a high ceiling - the bathroom is outside in the garden. The next best room is the one adjacent to it with the red wall. I hope future guests enjoy it as much as we did. Jane ,UK national living in Spain."

"Superb laid back atmosphere in a beautiful setting. Jacob and Elizabeth are marvellous hosts and the entire team at this Homestay are charming. We particularly enjoyed being able to take the bikes ***** the local lanes and canal-side paths, the boat ride and village walk. Also the swimming pool is very welcome after a hot day."

The food was delicious and loved swimming in the pool. It's a short walk from the beach/places to eat and also Marari Beach Palace made it easy with transport for any further trips we made, also picking us up/taking us to the airport. Couldn't of asked for a better time and would definitely recommend"

Even his staff were very humble and helpful. We even went on his houseboat which was neat and clean and very well maintained like his homestays and the country Boat ride within the small canals where we could see the daily life of the locals. Food was amazing giving us an experience of Kerala cuisine.
