Location and view is marvelous. I would highly recommend this place if you want to relax and enjoy good food. Boating ride we took the package from the hotel and it was very reasonable for full 2 hours of ride over backwaters and it was awesome. Staff is very friendly and prompt.
Time Square Boutique Hotel & Spa

I recently stayed at Time Square Hotel and had a mostly enjoyable experience. From the moment I checked in, I was impressed by the helpfulness of the staff. They were attentive and went out of their way to ensure my comfort and convenience throughout my stay. The room itself was lovely – clean, spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable, offering a wonderful retreat after a day of exploring the city. It was evident that the hotel takes great pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Breakfast at the hotel was reasonable, with a decent selection of items that catered to different tastes. While it wasn't the most extensive buffet I've encountered, the quality of the food was good, and it provided a solid start to the day. However, my stay wasn't without its issues. The most persistent problem was the constant cold calls from the hotel's spa. Receiving these calls almost daily became quite bothersome. It's something the hotel ***agement might want to reconsider or at least provide guests with the option to opt out of such communications. Additionally, there was an unfortunate incident with one of the staff members who berated me for not informing them in advance that I would be missing the buffet breakfast on one occasion. This abruptness was surprising and not in line with the otherwise excellent service standard set by the rest of the team. In summary, my stay at Time Square Hotel was delightful on ***y fronts, with commendable staff, lovely accommodations, and reasonable dining options. However, the spa's marketing tactics and the isolated incident with a staff member did mar the overall experience slightly. I hope the hotel takes this feedback into consideration to ensure an even more pleasant and seamless experience for future guests
Raheem Residency

We had booked a last few days here to be beside the sea and enjoy a bit of relaxation after travelling around. We were in one of the 4 old colonial rooms which were very spacious, with big high beds ( stools provided to get into bed!,). The rooms are all furnished in old dark coloured traditional wood and quite dark but this helped keep the temperature down. The only negative point was with very high ceilings and control of mosquitoes was difficult and provision of a net might have been helpful. This is the only place we were bitten despite staying on the back waters, in plantations etc. The pool was small but clean with plenty of beds and good towels. We ate meals in the hotel as choice was varied and prices very reasonable plus they had a public bar next door which was busy with locals and also good value. Unlike ***y places we have encountered there seemed to be very few staff around at any given point in time but this did not detract from our stay. Unfortunately parallel to the front of the hotel and almost directly above it is a brand new flyover which will become a major road and will therefore probably be both noisy and add to air pollution. At the time of staying (Feb 2020) the date of opening was not clear but this, I am sure will have a detrimental effect on this lovely old style hotel. The staff we saw were lovely and helpful and we enjoyed our 3 nights there. The beach is directly opposite the hotel and is very large, cleaner than I had read in previous reviews, the sea was warm but I only paddled and not ***y people appeared to be swimming when we visited. It is a popular place for locals at sunset and we enjoyed walking to a beach bar, Cafe Catamaran for an evening drink (no alcohol served there though) to watch the sunset.
