This is my second bad review hotel in ten days and 20 days. I generally don't give bad reviews, but this service is really not good. First of all, I booked the 18th on the 17th, and then went to check in on the 18th. The female front desk of the hotel checked her ID card and told me that there was no my name and order. After staying for so many days, this is the first hotel that needs to pay deposits and it is still called an international hotel. She said aloud ”you haven't checked in yet”, I was stunned, took out the room card to show her, and she asked us in an unbelievable tone, ”If you don't live, you have to deposit the money?” I went, there is no service attitude at all, okay? Then I asked if I could give two more bottles of water? She pointed to the self-service vending machine on the side to let herself buy, and the attitude was very bad. Finally, the hotel bed was a bit unreasonable, the bed was too bright.
