A fabulous hotel which lived up to expectations. The room was lovely with a huge bed, free safe, bottle of water on arrival and pool towels. My room was on the road side but it didn't bother me and I requested a high floor which was fulfilled. It got the afternoon sun and was a sun trap. Breakfast was buffet style with a great selection of hot and cold foods, plenty of different breads and cakes The location is great, close to loads of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and a few minutes from bus stops if you want to pop into Albufeira old town. I would definitely return to the hotel without hesitation.

Great location. 15min walk from the ***** and 10 mins drive from old town. Everything was great in the hotel, rooms look great. Although we did have strong smoking smell come into our room a few nights even though balcony doors shut. The only problem I had was with the breakfast. Having allergies and dietary requirements were not really accommodated. Majority of the foods had egg in them. I emailed in about this before the stay but nothing was sorted out. I emailed a list of foods i can eat. I was also told halal food will be provided for me from the 3rd day with more variety for me. However I received no halal food/meat, and got hummus every morning out of the list I provided. Not the best but I gave up and stuck to just having potatoes and beans on bread every morning. They did bring everything from the back every morning which is a plus I guess. A couple of wrong recommendations about money exchange from reception too. Otherwise really good hotel.

Would stay again. approx. 1.5m from old town but less than 5 euro in Uber. Spotless clean. Staff very friendly and couldnt be more helpful. Great breakfast as part of room booking. Quiet at night but some bars and restaurants within 2 min walking distance.

The fresh towels were often dirty. But the rest was perfect. Friendly coworkers!

Beautiful and clean hotel. A generous and good breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Close to the sea and plenty of restaurants nearby. Because of our early checkout, we even received a breakfast box.

Very beautiful hotel with a modern style. Breakfast is fantastic with a variety of fruit, bread, coffee, sparkling wine and natural juice. At reception, whenever I needed to ask for information or even at check-in and check-out, there was only one person to do all the work. It seems like the hotel is overworking one person to save money. The room is great.

The electronic key for one of the rooms was not working, after insisting with reception it was resolved.

I made a good decision to reserve a room with a clearer view of the sea than a regular room. It was nice that the two balconies could be used as one, and the bed room and living room were separated. The reception and staff were all friendly, and the beautiful sea of ​​Albufeira was also nice. ^^ However, what was a little disappointing was that the bathtub did not have a shower booth in the bathroom, and the water pressure from the shower head was weak, so it was difficult to wash. ㅜㅜ Other than that, everything was okay ^^
