The front desk people were very accommodating and responsive. The room was adequate and clean. However the noise level from the parking lot with people locking their cars late in the evening with the fob was annoying. Some of the guests were very loud. Ask for a room away from the parking lot.

This place was overall good but we had an unfortunate experience when we went to check in. In the trip.com site it said we can check in till 6am the next day so we booked for Sunday night because we were driving and knew we’d get in late after midnight etc so I know you have to book the night before so we did but we got there at 3am and the lady there said 3am is there cut off and that we couldn’t check in etc. I told her on the site it doesn’t say that and she just kept saying yes it’s listed all over the 3am cut off I even showed her on this site where it says until 6am it wasn’t until I showed her that and someone from trip.com call the hotel that she said ok you can check in put you have to pay! Like duh we never asked for money back??!! It was just overall an experience that didn’t need to happen! Do better Ramada! Other than that the room itself was fine. Location great near airport and tons of food options!

The facilities and location were great, but the staff at the front desk were rude, impatient, and not as helpful as other franchises.

Great location! The room is clean and includes breakfast. The shuttle bus only run in the morning until 1pm . The driver of shuttle bus is extremely helpful.

Our stay at the hotel was great

This was my second stay at this hotel. It is really convenient for the airport. There are a few decent restaurant options nearby. I had to leave for the airport too early to avail myself of the shuttle service and the breakfast. I can attest that the breakfast is very good based upon my previous stay. The staff were courteous.

It turned out that I booked the room and paid for it on Ctrip. When I checked in, the hotel charged me the room fee again by swiping my credit card. I asked Ctrip to verify it, and Ctrip helped me contact the hotel to refund the money. The next day I explained the situation to the hotel. The hotel said it would refund the money. After two days, the hotel still did not refund the money, so I told Ctrip, and Ctrip refunded me immediately. The hotel's service is not as good as Ctrip!

My flight was delayed and I didn’t arrive until after 1am. The hotel front desk still came to pick me up and provided a great breakfast. The breakfast was freshly made and hot. Thank you very much 🙏

This hotel is affordable, convenient and cost-effective. I stay here every time I go to this city. It is very convenient if you drive by yourself, it is only a few minutes away from the hotel. The breakfast is also satisfying with Mexican style.
