Holiday Inn Express & Suites ALBUQUERQUE HISTORIC OLD TOWN by IHG

The property was clean, the staff was friendly, and the room met our needs as a family for five. It was a great stay!

Craig the manager was rude and unprofessional. The room had furniture that was extremely worn. The bathroom inside door was scratched and in horrible condition. I didn't use the bathroom for anything other than the toilet. When I mentioned this to the manager he blamed it because the hotel was pet friendly. I had no pet and should have been in a room that was in better condition. He offered no discount on the terrible room. I will never stay there again?we had to endure no one should there. I booked all holiday inn for our 10 day road trip because I've never been disappointed with a holiday in. Our 4 day in Denver was excellent. Wade was exceptional and did everything to make our stay comfortable.

Hotel was great. Friendly staff, clean lobby bathrooms and clean room. However, this hotel claims in their name to be at the Historic Center. Unfortunately, I'm deducting one star because it actually wasn't in the historic center and I had to uber back and forth everywhere as I was advised not to walk. Great hotel and really wonderful staff!

Nice clean room! Parking was a bit far from front entrance. Too many empty parking spaces for special guests!

Staff was nice. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Hotel was located in an area with lots of homelessness around.

It was filthy! My grandson came to visit us with his parents. We got two noise warnings from the front desk! We did our best to keep the volume down and the man that stayed below us called us yelling and threatening us! We then got a knock on the door to be evicted! My daughter was having a seizure during this time! I’d like to talk to someone from corporate this was the worst traumatic experience I’ve ever had at a hotel!
