Hotel Cuatro Caños

It's close to the center and has air conditioning, but the room was in a basement, and the website didn't mention that. What's more, the only window is right in front of the mirror. So, if you change, if someone's in the courtyard above you can see you through the mirror... The truth is, those aren't the conditions; the room is a bit cramped. If only the website had advertised the price of one type of room and then the other, at least you'd know what you're paying and where you're going. But finding it unexpectedly didn't seem right to me at all...

The room was in a basement hallway, with a terrible smell of tobacco and extreme dampness. The bed was very uncomfortable, and the frame creaked with the slightest movement while sleeping. I don't know about the other rooms, but ours was definitely a complete disappointment.

we were badly received at the reception, housed in the basement in a room that cannot be called a room but rather a cellar, without windows, not soundproofed. slum landlords who abuse tourists. a real shame! it deserves to be denounced. never set foot in this establishment!

Both the male and female staff were very accommodating.

Location ok I hadn't read that the bathroom was shared but the price was so good that you can't say anything. Colq also included in a nearby bar It can be difficult to find parking

Todo ha ido muy bien. Muy cerca de las principales atracciones y muchos lugares para comer, desayunar y esparcimiento cerca. Una opción más que recomendable si vas de visita por Alcalá de Henares

Buena habitación, limpio y ordenado. Ventana amplia. Camas cómodas.
