It was all well until the second morning for breakfast when one of the staff members refused to acknowledge my friend as she was asking for gluten-free bread and she did not provide it nor acknowledged that she even asked despite her doing so three times. However, while we were still getting breakfast as it is a buffet style, another person asked for it and the staff member immediately gave it to them. We felt very slighted and disrespected because of this. Also on the last morning for us to get breakfast again when we were leaving, they made us fill out a form to state what we would like to have however what we asked for was not what was provided and one of my friend’s juice was open and almost empty. Again we were completely disgusted and threw everything out as once again my friend who cannot eat gluten did NOT received gluten-free bread despite her stating on the form that she needs gluten-free! I was also provided with sausages which I did not ask for and no gas which I did request. Besides the breakfast issues, our stay was very very good, the rooms were very clean and it was convenient as it was very close to the train station but our joy was very much dampened because of what I happened on both of these incidents.
