There was dampness on the walls. The television didn't work well; it was very old and unbearably hot. The shower was very old, the showerhead was broken, and the service was terrible.

It was located near everything. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. However it doesn’t have a small fridge or microwave so you can heat up food.

Very nice rooms and comfortable beds. Staff were welcoming and available for assistance if required. Close to train station and a short walk to Plaza Cervantes. We enjoyed our stay here!

Overall was a good place to stay. There were some issues with WiFi reception and the shower was a little weird. But it was perfectly reasonable and clean budget accommodation. And our room was very quiet at night!

Very convenient location close to both the railway station and the city center. The hotel also has paking parking space.

I like the clean bedroom. But the wifi is terrible if you’re planning to work or do homework while you stay, I don’t recommend it. The location of the hotel is not convenient to get to the airport. I wouldn’t reserve it again for that reason.
