"The best thing about it was the location for walking, close to the center and supermarkets. The average thing was the parking and service. The worst thing was the cleanliness: the bathroom was dirty, the room wasn't swept, and the breakfast was not good. We requested a double bed and were told they didn't have any "economy" ones. We also informed the cleaners, and they promised to come the next day to clean them, which they didn't. Regarding breakfast, it's at a nearby bar and only includes orange juice, coffee (not hot chocolate, which is more expensive 😳), and toast with butter/tomato, or a croissant. In short, this isn't the place for us. Thank you."

We wanted to take a day trip to get to know Alcalá de Henares and the advantage of the hotel is that it is just 10 minutes from the center. The room was spacious and comfortable with a good mattress, the service is very friendly. We had the luxury of going to the SPA which had a hot pool with several jets and a Turkish bath, it was pleasant and we had a great time. The best thing was the breakfast that surprised me for the better, they have several types of bread, fresh grated tomato, orange juice made instantly and delicious pastries of the day and the coffee was good. Highly recommended!"

"If you drive in this hotel, your car cannot reach the entrance of the hotel. The hotel parking lot is about 100 meters away from the hotel. "We celebrated my daughter's communion and we were delighted. Regarding the treatment, it has been close and simple, without errors in the celebration, protocols, menus, attention from the mooring staff (very helpful), etc... Everything perfect. Regarding food, it is an advantage to be able to make your menu. We had two starters, an individual first course, a main course and dessert, and the quantity is ideal. To make a small complaint, the pork tenderloin for the starter was overcooked (a little dry), but the rest.... Delicious!!! The beef tenderloin and cod, spectacular!! As for the after party, everything was easy to move the sweet table, adjust schedules (the party room was delayed half an hour, but then we were able to recover it without problems) and have some more drinks. To add another drawback, the volume of the music was not adequate for dancing, it seemed like background music... It seems that it was a problem with the jack cable where the cell phone was connected, so we were enjoying the garden and chatting with the whole family. The patios, gardens and common areas, very beautiful and cozy In short, 100% recommended."
