Hotels Near Bodegas Reyes Magos in Alcorcon

Inexpensive alternative to Madrid yet very close. We stayed overnight and called ahead to get a room on higher floor. It was comfortable and clean. There is a mall close by too. The on site restaurant stays open late per Madrids cool nights. The breakfast has cheeses, types of coffee, jamón and breads, croissants but no eggs. Oatmeal and yoghurt is available w fresh juices. A great value really!

What a nice experience. We come on a family vacation to celebrate the anniversary of two children. A trip to Madrid and two days in the Warner park. Before going I reached out to the hotel to see if it would be possible to have some kind of cake in the breakfast to be able to sing happy birthday to the boys, as one of them was celebrating 5 years old on the last day on the hotel. Alejandro was the person from the Hotel who organized this and they not only brought the cake but also brought a gift for our little boy. The hotel is clean and easy to access. They have a lot of parking slots but is also very easy to park on the street in front of the hotel. Breakfast was good and the price was very good if you think on everything that the hotel provides. There is a big shopping center near to hotel which make easy for shopping and eating and it is close enough to Madrid Warner Park. A great stay and I will be back for sure.

I found this hotel on a booking platform and chose it because it was near the area where I had to conduct business. I was pleasantly surprised when upon arrival the staff was most kind and the room was impeccable, super clean and well organized. The room had a safe and a mini fridge, as well as a LED TV with the possibility to see movies from the most famous Internet platforms. The bathroom was perfectly clean, with hairdryer and a double Shower head ( handheld and Waterfall) . Service staff did a great job on tidying up the room daily and making sure everything was clean. The staff at the reception was very amicable and courteous, as well as very helpful when I needed information. Breakfast was good, a little bit of everything for everyone, Cereals, croissants, toast, jam, butter ham and cheese, as well as juices yogurt and warm beverages where at the buffet. The location is a bit out of the way from the center of Madrid, but metro station is really 4 minutes away and will take you anywhere. However if you like adventure sports, the hotel is just 3 metro stops away from the fantastic XMADRID, a mall dedicated to adventure sport where you can enjoy activities like Scuba Dive, Free Climbing, Ski, Trampoline jumping, Wave surfing, Skate boarding etc., I would greatly recommend this hotels to Business people and young travelers that do not mind moving around with the metro.

It takes 10 minutes to walk to the subway station and the vicinity of McDonald's and Burger King. There are food and cafes, such as tgi Friday. Some shops sell furniture and electronics. It is a bit far from the city, but there was no major inconvenience when I was there. This is because my friend is alive nearby. Unlike hotels in South Korea, there is no free water every day and it is inconvenient because there is no electric kettle to make water, tea or coffee.

For the price this hotel is perfect - clean, tidy, well equipped. The breakfast is perfectly adequate. What makes this hotel are the staff - they are so nice, helpful and cheerful - they clearly work very hard and deserve our grateful thanks !

Very happy with everything in general but special mention of the excellent staff treatment. In particular, the resoluteness that the person showed that the moment was in reception, in solving a problem that was raised to us and that was nothing to do with the Hotel.

Hotel Cuidad de Móstoles was a hotel we selected because of it's location in the Villaviciosa de Odón/Alcorcon/Móstoles area. It's location is a bit far from central Madrid, but we needed to be in this neighbourhood, so it was ideal. We had previously stayed at another hotel nearby, but decided to 'hotel hop' in order to add variety to our time in Madrid. I'll divide the review into Pros and Cons. PROS: At check-in, we met ANDRES at the reception. He was warm, helpful and welcoming. This jolly gentleman offered to store our luggage- (which was a lot), but I said we would manage. Andres told us about booking their breakfast buffet at El Gueridón Restaurant a day in advance, which would be cheaper at 9 Euros, as opposed to 11 Euros on the same day. This we immediately did. What's most notable about Hotel Cuidad de Móstoles is their 'risque' shower smack in the middle of the room! 😄 This was a unique feature that I had read about in its reviews, and I thought- how unique, cool and original! Though I know many a people will despise this odd concept of a shower cubicle in the center of a hotel room, I 'digged it' quite frankly!😍 And the thing is that the glass panes are transparent, so one's 'nudity' is unmissable, graphic and quite glaring! Besides, there's a full length mirror just by the side wall! 🤪 I mean, how many times will someone ever see or stay in a hotel room like this in this lifetime?!?! My daughter absolutely hated it! 😂 She thought it was rude and inappropriate. The room had a mahogany wooden floor that looked rich and glossy. This was another favourite thing about the room for me. Two complimentary bottles of small water were left for us everday. Housekeeping was quite fast and extremely efficient in cleaning the rooms. As soon as you place the 'Si Pase N' (Come In) sign on the door, they are there pronto, or 'No Molesten' (Do Not Disturb), then they never bother you. Two ladies at the reception were always of speedy assistance whenever we needed a taxi. Didn't catch their names because they were not wearing name tags. CONS: Our room at Hotel Cuidad de Móstoles was a bit on the small side. That 'sexy' shower was positioned in a way that made an already tiny room super tight. The furniture, decor was tacky and old-fashioned. It looked like stuff straight out of the 1980's; especially the black & gray headboard and that dwarfish cupboard contraption! 😩 (Please refer to my posted picture of it). The cupboard was not sufficient, and there were no shelves or drawers inside it. The bed was rather small, too low, and the mattrass was slippery and a bit lumpy. The bedsheets were ill-fitting- which made them slip off the bed easily. This was so uncomfortable! 😖 The room was starting to show a little wear in the form of some wall paper coming off, the hairdryer almost out of it's fitting, and the wood at the base of the fridge chipping off. Hotel Villa Odón's location, (in Villaviciosa De Odón) is a quiet, sleepy neighbourhood that's located on the outskirts of Madrid. The only reason why I selected this particular hotel is because I had to be in this area for an important purpose, therefore, it was the most convenient choice for us. As I normally do, I'll divide this review into the 'Positives' and the 'Negatives'. PROS: Hotel Villa Odón is a clean, orderly and well-maintained hotel. There seemed to be an expansive Conference Hall at the exterior. The lobby was very attractive, and the rooms were done in a simple, and tasteful contemporary design of royal blue, gray and wooden elements. I have to say, I've never stayed in a hotel that looked exactly like the online pictures I saw of it; both on their website, on *********** and on TripAdvisor. They were absolutely identical, just spot on uncanny! Two small free bottles of water were placed by the kettle and complimentary tea accoutrements. The bathroom was small, but had excellent finishing. The shower's water pressure was incredible, steady and super strong! Another feature I liked about the hotel was that it had refillable containers of shower gel, hand soap and shampoo. This proved very convenient, because you didn't have to deal with those pesky miniature tubes which can be really annoying sometimes. I think this is the first and only hotel that I've ever seen offer liquid hand soap and it was great!👌🏽 I normally travel with my own because I hate using those pint size soaps they have, so this was perfect. The staff at Hotel Villa Odón are courteous and polite. We were checked in by JAIME, and later met SUSANA and LAURA- (with the cool pink/maroon dyed hair). 😎 Susana and Laura were all very helpful and professional. At Clover 35 Odón, (seemingly the hotel's sole restaurant), we interacted with JESUS and CRISTOBAL. These guys were really sweet and friendly. At the breakfast buffet in Clover 35 Odón, they had a hot chocolate machine with a brand called 'Perugina Perugia', which dispensed the most delicious hot chocolate I've ever had the pleasure of tasting in my life! ☕️🍫😋 This hot chocolate was sublime; so dark, sweet, rich, and silky smooth to the point of being slimy even!🤤 It was absolutely phenomenal and I looked forward to several cups of that every morning! Every staff member at the hotel, (including Housekeeping) always greeted you with an 'Ola' and a lovely smile. My daughter enjoyed the 2 meals she had at Clover 35 Odón Restaurant. She had Solomillo de Vaca Foie Fresco, (a thin steak) and Lomo Salmón Marinado en Teriyaki Ahumado Y Tallarin de Calabacin, (a salmon dish). CONS: As I mentioned at the beginning of this review, the location of this hotel is not exactly ideal; especially if you're a tourist in Madrid.
