Great hotel, very family-friendly.
At the foot of the sandy beaches and the sea.
Very good and very varied buffet, lots of choice for breakfast and dinner.
A second Italian restaurant is available.
A bar on the top floor of the hotel with a magnificent view of the sea.
Very large outdoor swimming pool with a VIP area.
Deckchairs in the hotel.

Hotel Condesa is such a welcoming place. The stagf really make this place. So friendly and always go the extra mile for you. The place is also kept spotless.
The obly small disappontment is that there was no aircon in the room.

Disappointing stay, with constant loud
Terrible experience. The worst hotel we’ve stayed at in a long time. We chose week 43, which is late in the season when it’s supposed to be quiet and peaceful.
Our room was located on the outskirts of the hotel, right next to the delivery area where they receive supplies, collect garbage, etc.
To say the least, it was a very disappointing stay, with constant loud noise or a foul odor of rotting garbage at all hours of the day.
We will never return.

Hotel Condesa was a good location to stay, with good access to the beach and easy walking distance to the bus stop and dining/shopping locations. It was surprising that the hotel allowed guests to place towels/belongings on lounge chairs around the pool without a time limit of being unoccupied. Most of our stay was spent off site exploring the island but when we returned it was often difficult to find lounge chairs without items on it. Some of the staff were not friendly or very helpful. Our room was adequate for the stay but if we return to Mallorca we might find a different location or see if we can get a better room.

Beachfront resort
Lovely hotel with kids pool and separate adults pool aswell as beach at your door step. Great value for money and comfortable stay. Parking could be tricky during peak season.

We had a booking at Hotel Condesa on the last leg of our trip to Spain and upon reaching the hotel, they told us that the room we had booked had some lock issues and they directed us to a different hotel for the stay for the two nights that we had booked. At the same time, they were helping other guests check in at the same property. This showed us that they treated only us with that disparity and we had a belief that they gave our room to someone else. We made this booking two months prior to the date and had high hopes on the experience given that we were also travelling with a toddler. It completely ruined our experience and have never faced this else where. We had to walk every day with our toddler carrying our swim towels and stuff from the hotel that they had booked to Condesa to use the amenities that we paid the EXTRA PREMIUM for. Upon asking them, they treated us with coldness asking us to talk to Expedia(booking portal). I would give them zero stars for the way they treated us and would never recommend this hotel to anyone let alone for parents with kids
