The location of the hotel is very good, close to beaches and shops. Breakfast is not bad. The room air conditioners were not working properly. Our view was beautiful.

The hotel met our expectations. The room was very clean, the breakfast was very rich and tasty, the service was great. The hotel deserves the highest rating. Only two things could be improved: the light in the corridor is so strong at night that it shines through the cracks between the doors into the room and it is too bright. The room was also too warm, even with the air conditioning on. It was difficult to fall asleep because of this.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Will help in any way they can. May need some sound proofing in the smaller rooms . Very noisy guests in week I stayed thin door and walls , a bigger room helped with this. GREAT FOOD , exceptionally clean . Nice hotel.

Took my mum on her first holiday abroad a few weeks ago and chose Alua Boccaccio for our stay. We were not disappointed and this has set the bar very high for our next holiday. The staff are extremely hard working and helpful- thank you for everything. The food was great and had a few themed nights while we were there, including a mexican themed night which was amazing. We opted for all inclusive which was brilliant value and had so much to choose from. The entertainment was great at night time. The hotel itself is so beautifully modern and central.. not even 5 minutes walk to the beach. The hotel also has its own beach bar right in the beach with all inclusive drinks and snacks- amazing also. We couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough and we are considering coming back next year.

Ensuring warm/hot plates available in restaurant and that the food was also hot, not just warm. Selection of hot food & combinations seemed inconsistent. No themed menus despite having pasta/pizza every night as an 'Italian' option. Breakfast wasn't great as bacon was slabs of processed meat; fried eggs cooked left cooling in dishes. No cooked plum tomatoes, mushrooms or hash browns on offer. The room was OK as had requested high floor, quiet room with lake view but didn't realise it overlooked the hotel behind. Thank goodness we were there in low season! The shower frame and mirror looked worse for wear and needed replacing. The room door wasn't hung properly as lots of light visible from hallway at night. Rooms not soundproof as could clearly hear neighbours on both sides.

This hotel is honestly outstanding! I booked last minute to support a friend who was doing a lap of the island on his bike. The price is unbelievably fair for what you get, nothing was ever too much to ask. Beds are comfy and the room was spotless, everything worked as you’d expect. Breakfast was included in my stay and I can not explain how much variety you have and the food was phenomenal, added bonus with the full glass wall overlooking the water. I honestly can’t explain how pleasant this hotel is and I will absolutely be recommending and returning!

Great hotel! Very clean rooms and comfy bed. Great pool area, and the hotel is close to everything! The food was excellent and had a good variety. Didn’t go to bed hungry! Also the entertainment and things to do throughout the was great, with darts, pingpong, archery etc.
