Beautiful 15th Century Masia in Alella (Barcelona)

Main description: Welcome to a FridaysFlats experience Recently renovated 15th century farm house, Can Bernadas is an idyllic spot a short walking distance to Alella centre and 25 minutes from central Barcelona. The 30 acre estate has two swimming pools using natural mineral water from the mountains, orange groves, private lake and direct access to the national park. Alella is a very popular wine and food destination. The beach and marina at Ocata is just down the road; many others are in easy reach along beautiful Costa Brava. Notes: Now has 300Mb/s fibre broadband, full set of Movistar cable TV and sports channels, wifi throughout, large TV, Sonos sound with Monitor audio & Cyrus amps. Interaction: We are sometimes working around the farm but you have privacy and can be totally at home. We would be glad to help anytime and make recommendations during our stay about any errands or places to visit. Neighborhood: The area is stunning, at the foothills of the national park - beautiful for mountain running or early morning walk - but we are also close to town. Right across is the old agricultural school, which might someday be renovated - today looks like a castle and is not used. There is a small grocery store very close to the house and larger ones in the village centre. Access: You have exclusive use of the private pool (shown), terraces with bbq, very large living room and media, full furnished modern kitchen and pantry with washer dryer, four bedroom rooms and 2.5 bathrooms on the top level. We have another flat downstairs completely separate with private entrance, own kitchen, lounge and double bedroom. If you are renting with more than 10 guests, you'll of course have this level as well. If fewer than 8, we ask - with your agreement - to use the lower apartment for a few times we (hosts) are there.
