The Hotel has a Hilton Standard, but its location is really ugly. It’s disgustingly loud from the noise from the street, the beach is guarded and clean but right next to the public beach which is annoyingly crowded loud and dirty. Not a beautiful corniche, overpriced for this ugly environment.

We appreciate the upgrade we got for our short stay for our anniversary; breakfast was great; staff were very helpful.

Everything was great. There's a small private beach. Breakfasts were varied.

A good stay at Hilton Alexandria Corniche. The cleanliness was excellent, the location by the sea was superb, and the service was satisfactory with a cooperative staff. The facilities are good and provide all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Overall, a positive experience and we recommend it for couples.

Excellent hotel, close to Montaza Park.

I have stayed at Hilton Cairo Heliopolis many times, and I generally love Hilton properties wherever I go. I just checked out after a one-night stay at Hilton Corniche Alexandria. This stay was meant to help us decide which hotel to book for the remaining 13 nights of our trip. Unfortunately, Hilton Alexandria was not the right choice for us. The hotel itself is beautiful and meets the physical standards you’d expect from Hilton. However, the staff experience was the worst I’ve ever had at any Hilton property. Check-in was very slow, and no information was provided at all. We only discovered that the hotel had beach access by pure accident—after we had already checked out. At the buffet, service was extremely slow, with orders either missing or incorrect. Upon departure, I did what I always do: I called reception to confirm checkout and ensure there was no outstanding balance. I was clearly told everything was settled and that we were free to leave. After we had already left the hotel, a valet ran after me and my wife in the street and asked us to return because “they wanted to talk.” We were brought back only to be lectured by a reception employee (female, dark hair, glasses) about how I should have come to the desk despite already calling. There was no issue, no balance, and nothing to resolve—she simply lectured me and then let us go. This was unnecessary, unprofessional, and frankly insulting. She could have easily checked the room balance herself instead of calling us back in such a cheap and embarrassing way

The hotel isn't very conveniently located; it's quite a distance from the city center.

The hotel has a beautiful location and the staff are friendly. It has its own beach, but it's a bit separate, with a road running between the hotel and the beach. Besides swimming, you can also go jet-skiing there, which was a really fun experience.

This hotel needs no introduction. The staff are incredibly polite and well-mannered. The only thing missing is upgrading the TVs in the rooms to smart TVs.

This hotel offers excellent value for money. Everything is very clean. We visited the bath complex, and it was a nice place to relax and warm up in the evening. My colleague used the massage services and was very satisfied, saying he'd definitely come back. We went to the beach, which was clean and tidy, with towels readily available everywhere. Breakfast was good and standard: porridge, freshly made omelets, fruit, yogurt, filter coffee, and delicious fresh pastries (I must specifically highlight the pastries, everything was fresh, and croissants were taken straight from the oven in front of us). The hotel staff are all smiling and friendly. On checkout, Muhammed Aled helped us with a taxi. We are very happy with the hotel!

1. The sliding doors to the room's balcony don't close securely, and since we were on the second floor, someone could easily climb over from a neighboring balcony, which felt quite unsafe. 2. The hotel's soundproofing is very poor. 3. The hotel seems newly renovated, and there's a strong, unpleasant smell. 4. The air conditioning doesn't turn off completely. 5. The sea view, however, was quite nice. Overall, I wouldn't really recommend it.

Good hotel! Friendly staff, everything was great, no complaints.

The performance of the girls at the reception varies. Last time, one was not good, but this time, she was excellent. The security and the garage drivers are very friendly and respectful.
