The hotel service was so-so; I couldn't get anything I asked for by phone. But the facilities were all very new.

The hotel is high-end and luxurious, with a magnificent atmosphere. The house is exquisitely decorated, beautiful, practical and generous, with a large living room and balcony. The location is excellent, the scenery is beautiful and charming, and it is definitely worth staying.

The Four Seasons Hotel in Egypt was the worst experience I've ever had with any hotel I booked through Ctrip.

The Four Seasons in Egypt was the worst experience I had. The hotel or its agents seem to deliberately create communication barriers to make exorbitant profits. It was already a very expensive stay, but they still found every opportunity to charge even more. Aside from its advantageous location with good views, there was nothing else good about it. We didn't cancel the room, but they said the agent had cancelled it. When we asked to change the guest's name, they said it couldn't be changed because the agent hadn't sent an email requesting a change! I booked it for a friend, and in the end, my friend had to pay again, and the crucial point is that the amount was 50% higher than what I had prepaid!

Every time I come to Alexandria, I stay at the Four Seasons Hotel, which is on the Mediterranean Sea. The hotel rooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. Now the breakfast has been changed to outdoor dishes that are not fresh, and the experience has become worse.

The hotel is amazing, luxurious, very clean everywhere. As if you are not in Egypt. The rooms are luxurious. The service is at the highest level. We will definitely return to such beauty.

The room view is OK, the breakfast is good, and the service attitude is very good. There are not many choices.

I recently stayed at the Four Seasons Alexandria for two days and my experience was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the hotel's magnificent decor, inspired by the 1800s. Every detail, from the furniture to the lighting fixtures, evoked a classic elegance that transported me to another era. The hotel has direct access to a shopping center, which is extremely convenient for shopping without leaving the comfort of the establishment. In addition, the interior of the hotel is decorated with numerous paintings, adding to the artistic and refined atmosphere of the place. But what really made my stay exceptional was the staff. Each member of the team was smiling, very welcoming and always ready to help. Their attention to detail and desire to make your stay as pleasant as possible is truly remarkable. I highly recommend the Four Seasons Alexandria to anyone looking for a luxury hotel experience with a historic twist. It is a place where beauty, comfort and hospitality meet harmoniously.

On the Mediterranean side, the view from the terrace is nice
