Helnan Mamoura Hotel & Events Center

I've been to many Helnan hotels, this unfortunately was not up to their standards. Customer satisfaction and customer experience is not a top priority. Breakfast variety is poor here. The Deluxe pool room is small. Despite this I wanted an extension due to my son being sick and I need to stay one night extra without the hassle of moving rooms, unfortunately there is no availability in the same room type because it's a small hotel. So I have to move to a standard room and go through a hassle. I had also asked for a late check out from the night staff and they agreed, but the morning staff was unaware and insisted on needing the room till I told her I had already received confirmation. I do believe the staff need more training on handling customers. Edit: I was ready to check out ahead of time and the reception staff that had notified me the other room is already ready to move into 2 hours ago just told me they need to check if the room is ready now. Poor communication and management.

Nice hotel in a convenient location. It's inside a resort area with cafés, small shops, fruit stands and everything you might need nearby. The private beach is clean and only accessible to hotel guests. Swimming is allowed until around 7:30 PM, but you can stay on the beach later, we spent the evening there until 2 AM. The staff were friendly and overall it was a comfortable place to stay.

Nice place

Very good place for families

The manager is not flexible. I spec more than 7 days with two rooms, and they refused to give me the breakfast included even my request thus not happened with me all my life over world He is hiding himself and not in contact with the customer .
